After 3 trips from the 4th floor to the front desk cause none of my key cards worked the manager used her card to let me in and to my surprise it was a double bed I payed for a queen and there was no curtains to cover the window I demanded a refund and left

Didn’t have a walk in shower; the light was blown when you walk in the door of the room;I didn’t have a couch in my room so they had to change rooms put us in another room

It wasn't clean. The shower tub was l stopped up, it won't drain water. There was a bag taped over the smoke detector. And it took two hands to turn the lock.

Thermostat did not work. I had the heat to go off at 64 and the heater just stayed on so in the middle of the night I woke up and it was hot in the room. Also there was no hot water so I couldnt take a shower.

Waited 15 minutes before getting greeted, had to call & ask if anyone was working the front desk.

Daily, had to get the key card redone and still took 6 times to get in my room. Decor was very dated. Room was clean, bed was awesome. Slept great, but lots of road noice which can not be helped. Carpets in hall were stained and smelled of animals.

Staff was very friendly. Lobby was great and clean. Note in the elevator said was under new management.

The air conditioner leaked and our carpet was sopping wet for a fourth of the room. We had to switch rooms. The water, for the shower was either scalding or freezing. You couldn’t get it right. The microwave door was broke so it wouldn’t shut even if you propped it closed. The light was still on so that was shining in our eyes all night. The telephone was broke. The entire cord was ripped out of the wall so if we needed something we had to go down to the desk. There was no extra pillows. No extra sheets or comforter for the pull out couch. There were no extra towels , for the third person in our room or washcloths. it had a musty smell. There was no ice machine on her floor.

Room a little dirty, garbage behind TV stand/dresser. Need different breakfast choices, same thing every day. Need ice machines on every floor. Dont like the fact it took more than a week for payment to come off card, should've been immediately. To pricy for pets, $25.00 a night 😑, prices are high enough these days! Only had like 2 or 3 channels that was coming in on TV. Shower curtain rod was broke. Need more Handicapped parking spaces.

Not having correct booking information and then being not being professional when being talked to and about the room . Telling me because I booked through a third party but the real thing was they told and showed me a booking that had a different person name on it. Now they did apologize afterwards but that should not have happened in the first place.And not having a decent continental breakfast fresh coffee

My TV did not work, the shower rod was coming out of the wall, and there was a mold smell in the halls. The breakfast was burnt and stuck together. Fitness equipment didn't work properly. Sauna was not functioning properly.
