I Called to confirm before I booked to make sure my service animal wouldn’t be a problem and the lady told me that it wouldn’t be at all..once I got into town and was getting ready to go to the hotel I received a call saying that my service dog wasn’t allowed and they were canceling my reservation without giving me what I had already paid back..back and forth later the guy took back what he said and told me they would allow me to stay under conditions.

Indoor pool is empty. No tissue in bathrooms as we arrived. TV doesn't work. Bagels for breakfast state they require freezing, but they were only refrigerated. Location is close to downtown, which is a plus, but there is a lot of traffic noise. Overall, it doesn't measure up to Wyndham's reputation.

Positives are: There were two bathrooms for our suite and they had fans.

Nothing other than the price. The property was very deceiving from the website, clean, new, great condition. Total opposite. There was spilling garbage going to our room 103, next to the stairs . When we got to the room the door didn’t properly close and it smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The sales desk said it was the last room. Unfortunately we didn’t stay the next night. The smoke smell irritated my wife’s asthma.

The shower was moldy and the window ledge looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The "breakfast" offered was merely whatever prepackaged stuff they could fit in a mini fridge next to a microwave. The overall facility is very run down dirty.

Homeless man, sleeping right outside our door!! Horrible service we try to change room but since we sat on the bed for 10 minutes, they said we couldn’t switch anymore. That was a rule that was never told you

The floor was not level at all, and the door did not close all the way due to this fact. The room was an average of about 50 degrees due to the door, not closing, and the heater was near the ceiling. This kept the warm air up rather than warming the room!

It was a clean room, which is all that I can say! A bit small for the price.

I did not like the staff. Reason being, I went in and they charged my card $250 for the holding fee. They then proceeded to tell me that they didn't take any money from my account and they would have to charge me again in order to stay. The only issue is $250 was indeed charged to my account. At this point I refused to be charged a second time and as a result was refused service. The $250 was posted to my account even though I did not stay and I called multiple times and still no refund has been processed. I have since filed charges with the local Police department. This happened at the 3033 N Division St location in Spokane, Washington.

Well, the facilities looked pretty nice from the front desk which is the furthest I've been on the property.

Many broken items in the room and the hotel site. Night staff was less than helpful. Toilet tissue was a big deal, little given, Breakfast was bleak.

It was clean. Day staff was friendly.

the window was wide open and we didn't know for the first couple of hours. The fire alarm was hanging off the wall, the toilet was falling off the wall. there were light switches but no lights. The door to our room would not shut all the way, and the street noise was very loud with fire trucks and police the whole stay.

The Staff was very friendly. They were very nice and considerate. But the overall experience wasn't good. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Their pool was also out of service while we were there. Which was a huge bummer.
