No elevator. I'm 80 and had some problem with the stairs. I was locked out of my room because staff didn't pay attention to the length of my reservation. I've heard of "bag lunches" but never "bag breakfasts." Ugh!

The security pet deposit on a service animal and when asked if I could put it on my other card was told no I couldn't will never recommend this place to anyone.

I liked the staff. They were friendly and helpful for me. They were always there to help me. It was a difficult time for me. The manager was patient with me and helped a lot. Thank you to those wonderful people

The breakfast was not what we expected. It was a bag with breakfast items in it The pool and exercise rooms were closed for repairs. The hair dryer in the room did not work and the front desk person did not have any extras. The toilet seat was very wobbly. The rooms door was sticking and made it very difficult to open. The view out the window was a wall…. Hate to complain, but for the price of this King suite, the hotel should be in better condition.

Booking.com says this hotel has a pool and a gym. But it was on maintenance , kids were disappointed, we reached early morning after a long drive, escalator was not working. Anyway, nothing as expected. We stayed only 7hrs. Waste of money!

The water was basically like warm for our showers.

I didn't like the microwaved breakfast we just decided to eat out. Also didn't like that there was no indoor pool as it was listed and that's why we had chose it! We were on the bottom floor and room felt so humid

Dirty room with lots of dust, hair, crumbs, and bathtub was not clean and didn’t drain hardly. Creepy mirror was fixed to wall above desk so I covered it up as the next room over was not a real hotel room and the door had a regular knob, not hotel key lock. Concerned about one way mirror and the door lock was not secure, like it was broken into. One small window and room was in basement. Never seen anything like this before.

3 beds no furniture to sit on. I paid for a pool that is not open. They should tell you that. The room was dreary and datk. Bag breakfast like in high school. Over priced for what they had. Very noisy street

The manager Jessica was beyond rude I’ve never experienced worse service in my life she went out of her way to try to belittle me and anybody else around her including her staff (the house keepers) I wrote another longer review via different site so I’m going to wrap this one here up.

The remodel turned out amazing just wish the pool would open up it’s been a very long time

I was treated like a potential suicidal person when all I wanted was a soft place to rest. The staff was kind but because I checked in so late wrongly assumed things about me that were incredibly hurtful. I will not be coming back. I will tell everyone who asks, what happened to me here.

There was a pocket of syrup on the floor that we didn’t noticed and exploded when my son stepped on it.

The guy at the reception was by himself it very friendly welcoming everyone that was coming to check in after us, he got very busy but handled the situation with excellent customer service.
