How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A male staff member (maybe cleaning staff) entered our room without announcing himself first.
The bed was very comfortable. The garden tub and separate shower were a pleasant surprise. Very close to Grapevine Mills.

Was bumped on flight and had to find a room quickly. Accidentally booked wrong day and had to pay again at hotel. The refused to refund the unused night. Very rude and ugly. I was in a bad spot that night and your company took advantage of us.

Our room hadn't been vacuumed, there were food crumbs everywhere. We chalked it up to the room being cramped and it was a busy weekend.
Great location, very quiet spot. Close to shopping mall and bass pro, but very reasonable price. Will stay there again!

The only 2 complaints we had was the air wasn't cold.... room was alil muggy! And there were no sheets/ bedding for the pull out sofa!

Night Shift lady customer care is there to assist with any questions or concerns you may have
Outstanding customer service care. An 18 wheeler hit the electrical installation nearby which caused a power outage. In a matter of less than 3 minutes, the hotel has his generator running to keep everything working perfect. They are just amazing

Room was hot. We stayed for 4 days and housekeeping never checked on us. When we did try and give our dirty towels to a housekeeper she frowned about it because our room wasn’t on her list. She took them but with an attitude.
Two gentleman at reception were welcoming, not the girl.

The Check in was pleasant until we realized that we didn't have stocked towels in. The room. Looks like it was never restocked. Nor was toilet paper... it had one wash rag...and when we asked aboutbit the same Lady at desk helped us and questioned us. So, we shrugged it off very next day 2. We asked to purchase a coke fr9m cooler and said she couldnt take money and never offered to asdd to room she was very rude. So we used what towels we had for pool and when asked for more towels she had Attitude with me. And pretty much the rest of our stay when c9me I. Counter with her her name was Charlene.there were several little thing ....that was an issue with this stay ... no housekeep8ng for the whole 4 days and 3 night nor was sheets ever changed .... or lines or supplies replenished we had t9 ask for stiff and got treated thus way... O. The web site stated that American breakfast served... nor any day was this served while we were there we had to leave to go get breakfast. Only muffins was out or danishes. We booked here because we had early morning days with the convention we had to be at by 730am on s9me da6s and earlier on other. So this was very disappointing nothing was told t9 use about this til the day we checked out. Was told that Mon-Friday they serve full breakfast and the rest was danishes and muffins .... if we had know this we would have not booked . This overall stay was very badly and will not book her again due to the lack of professionalism. Plus to mention room had roaches .....
It's was somewhat quite. Rates were somewhat affordable.

The crowds. It seems there was a group of kids there. Not the hotels fault, but it was kind of annoying.
