Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesThe only thing that I can really fault is that there were no microwave or electric kettle in the room. this wouldn’t have been a major thing for us if we didn’t have a baby who needs hot water for his bottles and to heat his food. it was a bit of an inconvenience to have to walk down to Starbucks early in the morning to get hot water for his bottle.
The property is absolutely beautiful and feels very high end. Rooms are beautiful and very clean. The hotel smells really nice! lots of pillows on the bed with different texture and softness and bathrobes and slippers available in the room. You also have a smart TV with casting available which is super handy if if you have kids who wants to watch specific things. we used it a lot before bedtime for our little ones.

United KingdomNothing!
The rooms are super comfortable and a great size - the strip view makes it v. special too. The resort itself has a lot of great things to get involved in: a fab food market and the gym is also fantastic. The reviews on this place when we were booked were hit & miss, but we honestly loved our stay. It’s worth downloading the app to help with your check-in, as you can skip the queues.

United StatesI book 2 rooms with 2 queen beds with booking.com. But upon arrival, I could only get 2 rooms with 1 King bed, which was very disappointing as 2 parties of my member needed to sleep on the rollaway bed, which is really hard and stiff.

United StatesPool opens at 11 am (check out time) and closes at 4pm (check in time) I think this extremely unfair,You basically have to stay two nights to ever step foot in the pool.Bookings also shows an indoor pool which turns out was a spa and a whopping $200 a person to get in.Also the parking lot is on the opposite end of this huge resort and takes two elevators and alot of walking through the casino to get there which is time consuming and exhausting.
Beautiful resort very modern and clean staff was very helpful and friendly.

Netherlandsif you find yourself in an unlucky position that you need to go to Vegas , then this hotel might do the job but please be AWARE of a few things The hotel doesn’t have a phone operating service , you need to speak with a robot. so you basically don’t speak with a real person to express your wishes. super bad for a 5 star hotel and the price they ask. the hotel doesn’t have RoomService. they work with an app , and it’s basically food delivery to your room. so no 5 star service either here. breakfast is absolute terrible. it’s really this obesitas type of breakfast , super unhealthy. i think this breakfast really portrays why there are so many over-weight people in the USA. for a 5 star hotel you expect a bit more options for all kinds of needs. the Spa is really beautiful but you need to pay $165 for 3 hours as a hotel guest!! absolute redicoulus over-priced for a 5 star hotel you expect this to be free of charge. the rooms are GREAT. brand new and hi quality. so that’s deffinly a winner the hotel is located in Vegas resort with many restaurant options and almost all the restaurants are very hi quality. so you deffinly can have great dinners here. conclusion: if you don’t mind to have any room service or guest service , if you don’t use a spa , if you are ok with unhealthy breakfast, then this hotel could work because the rooms are really great !

United Statesall the restaurants close so early on a Friday…had to leave hotel to get food after 930pm. I was charged by the hotel the full amount of my stay + an additional $62 (didn’t touch anything in mini bar) even though I had already paid for my stay through booking.com
nice and clean rooms, large bathrooms, and not too loud of a hotel in hallways.

United KingdomDaily cleaning was unreliable and room does not have a tea/coffee facility.
Stayed at the hotel for a conference at the nearby Convention Centre (used the Vegas Loop for the 2 minute commute there & back). Hotel comes with all the amenities & facilities you expect from a resort hotel in the city. Rooms are spacious & clean. Overall happy. Note: hotel is not on the main Strip but a few minutes by taxi or a brisk 15 minute walk.
