The air conditioning unit was loud whenever it would kick on. Refrigerator did not keep items very cold and there didn’t seem to be any way to adjust it. No smart TV so we couldn’t stream shows through the TV from our phone and there was a charge for Wi-Fi.

Staff was very friendly upon check-in and checkout. Let us check in early. The bed was comfortable and the room seemed clean.

My only complaints would be the location, and a couple issues with cleanliness. There was gunk in the bathroom, particularly around the shower and toilet, which was kinda gross, and there was some stuff behind the beds pillow headboard. The location wasn't anything special, but it wasn't necessarily bad. It was surrounded by factories, and other hotels, so don't count on being within walking distance, or less than a 10 minute drive away from, any sort of store or restaurant. It wasn't in a bad area, and it wasn't loud or anything, there just isn't much in the immediate vicinity.

It's a good, affordable hotel. Awesome, helpful staff, comfortable beds, a nice pool, and a balcony! All kinds of good stuff. Overall, I was pretty satisfied. Despite the couple of complaints that I had, I'd stay here again.

Property is fine.

Not enough staff. We were there for kids US fencing competition. We asked for a room with one queen bed and another sofa bed for kids. No bed sheet and pillows for the sofa bed and my husband called and was told no staff to deliver. Had to go down ourselves and picked up.

The room (414) had a mildew/musty smell. It was not horrible but it was definitely noticeable. The price of $600 for two nights seemed extremely high to me. Maybe because of Woodward dream cruise but felt more like a $150 per night hotel instead of the $300.

The location was good and the staff was excellent. I felt the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Uncomfortable pillows. Understaffed. I was charged for two rooms and I had one. It took a couple of weeks to get my money back. I had to throw a fit to get it. I'll never stay with their chain again. Everyone passed the buck. Ridiculous. The desk clerk acted like it's not big deal. It was just a hold. Be over in a couple days.No. Don't believe them. I honestly think she used a room for someone on my money. She was rude about it like I was wrong to want my money back. Definitely done.

The desk lady took a customer ahead of me who wanted pillows n things. There's no extra help for her to answer the phone or check customers in. She should have made her wait, but it's not a big deal. She did not tell me about the extra money for incidentals and argued with me the next day that she did. Idk. I was tired, so maybe I missed it. I usually don't miss conversations about money. They charged me twice. I'm disputing it. I want my money back.
