We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Staff, especially Jody, were excellent. Best HVAC system I've encountered--didn't wake up multiple times in night because of noise. they accommodated my requests, no pushback. Nice to see they have special program for UDEL parents.

The staff was really helpful and the kitchen was open late and I was even able to find something for my son who has celiac disease so that was a bonus.

United KingdomCan’t think of a thing. Not sure we were that happy about paying for hot water to make a cup of tea, but the Starbucks machine made excellent coffee in the morning.
The server at breakfast was A M A Z I N G…so helpful, kind and energetic. She put a smile on our faces each morning. We also had great service by the bartender in the evenings.

United StatesBagged breakfast was a granola bar, a sealed muffin and a bottle of water, nothing special or filling. The shower valve in rm 206 was loose and hard to control the temperature. The pool and hot tub were closed… The price was not cheap, so the breakfast and shower should not be… and disappointing that the pool was also out of service.
Nice lobby area, useful little market, room clean, nicely furnished, beds were comfortable, right on UD campus, near downtown Newark!

United StatesWe specifically booked here as they listed an indoor pool which was sadly closed (and apparently about to be renovated into a large gym). My daughter was devastated as she had been looking forward to swimming all day - super let down.
Super convenient location to UD campus. Breakfast was ordering from a counter, super yummy along with my Starbucks Chai Latte. Beds were comfy, room was clean.

United StatesWi-fi was spotty and sometimes non-existent. While I could connect to their network, their network or at least the repeater near me had no internet connection. I talked to the front desk and was connected to their conference wifi which does not work above the first floor. They didn't want to reboot the modem.
I was working at the University of Delaware, so the location was perfect. They made sure I had a quiet room which I'd requested.

IrelandThey charged me for an extra night after I told them on check in that I would be checking out before the date they had down. I was told on check on they would charge me for it regardless of whether or not I stayed in the room. When I complained following my stay the manager claimed they charged me extra because I checked out late contradicting the information I was told on check in and outright lying to me on foot of my complaint.
