Noise and cleanliness are dependent on other visitors. I think the listing could be better at saying it's 3 bedrooms in one apartment. The kitchen can get a bit disorganized as well given it's shared across many visitors coming in and out.

Smooth check-in process and great communication for the most part. Good location with bus stop few minutes walking away to go to Manhattan. The bedroom was clean and had the essentials. Very good price for the amenities provided.

Bathroom and couch wasn't as clean as we'd hoped but overall tidiness was okay. Unfortunately, there had been problems with Booking.com as our room had been overbooked and we were asked to stay in a different location for the first night. For compensation, we were promised free breakfast. However, there was barely anything that we could have had for breakfast as most of the stuff in the fridge belonged to other guests, also some stuff had obviously gone bad in the fridge (very brown bananas, old cucumber, old pizza, old salad) Also nothing was labeled free to use (like cereal, milk, other stuff in the cupboards) so we ended up buying our own milk and cereal and stuff.

great location, bus station 123 nearby which goes every 20-30 mins and also takes about 20 mins to the City Center, small supermarket nearby, amazing views of the skyline from rooftop and room A, our room was very big with lots of space, extra closet room for storage/luggage, communication with host was good overall

some places of the house could have been cleaner, but in generak it was ok.

we had free coffee and free instalations like umbrellas for rainy days, hair dryer and washing machine… the views were amazing, the neighborhood is very calm and we felt secure. the bus stop is only one minute walk from the house which is very convenient to go to NY in 20 min. the host owner very kind and replied soon to all our messages.

Lots of noise from nearby fire station. Unique common space kitchen that’s shared with other guests within same unit.. No television. Not enough towels. There’s plenty of room for a more comfortable queen sized bed instead of just a full that was somewhat uncomfortable. None of these were deal breakers but could be better.

Great view. Close proximity to public transportation. Nice neighborhood with nice bakery just 1/2 block away. Rooftop deck would be great in better weather. Can be in central manhattan in 20 minutes on 123 bus.

The apartment was not as clean as expected and it was hardly cleaned during my stay. The overall cleanliness also depends on the flatmates you are sharing the apartment with.

The property is located in a lovely environment. Cool, nice to walk at any hour and very family friendly. Most of the amenities (especially in the kitchen are very useful and modern. The host was also mostly responsive.

Was very impressed with the booking, the room had stunning views of the city and was clean. The shared spaces were also well looked after. The travel into New York City is easy, as it’s just one bus into Times Square. Overall very satisfied with the booking. The people were easy to contact and very understanding

I thought I was booking an Apt with private bathroom and kitchenette. I guess I misunderstood. So although I had booked for 8 non-refundable nights, I had to leave after the first night because the shared facilities thing was not going to work for me. Also, would have been nice to have a TV in the room. Even a small sized one.

Its a nice, quiet place. My booking was on the 4th floor, and although I had heavy luggage, the lift was working fine, and I had no issues about moving my stuff up. the auto check in process was also smooth and seamless.

There is hardly any cleaning and the accommodation is therefore not well maintained. The bathroom is generally in average condition.

The location was great and the communication as well. Beautiful view on the rooftop. The kitchen had everything we need. Easy to reach the appartment with NJ Transit bus (different ticket than New York).

I cannot imagine a better located apartment with a more beautiful view at a more affordable price in New York. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had the most amazing view of the Manhattan skyline. The bathroom was spotless, the kitchen well-equipped - Jimmy even provided free coffee and tea! Have I mentionet the roof terrace? I won‘t. Come and see it for yorself!

Stunning views, nice, clean apartment, large kitchen, supper easy connection to New York (bus 123). Pick a room with a bathroom and you will live like royalty. We did. Really liked it :) Ps a rooftop with a panorama was a nice bonus! The best city views for sure!

Bed was really uncomfortable, (room C) Also the landlord wasn’t answering messages, we got our codes to check in after 8pm when I was calling him a few times. We figured if out but it was really stressful. These information should be sent much earlier, without my questioning about it.

The apartment was big, there was everything in the kitchen, also washing machine and dryer, view was amazing, and it was really close to bus stop (123), in the morning hours running really often, also way back from center was around 15 minutes, so fast. It all depends on people with whom you’re staying, but our flatmates were great 😊

You have only 1 bus that will take you directly to Times Square. In the rush hour 30 minutes, out of that time 15 minutes. Other than that, everything else is fine.

Great kitchen, great bathroon, great sun light coming in from my window. I felt I had everything I needed. The place was clean. Noisiness and cleanliness will also depend on who the guest that are in the other 2 rooms you will share with. Supermarket only 2 blocks away.

Awful host advertised the property with a private bathroom got there and it was shared with 2 other rooms, the place was dirty and we had to wash bedding the night we landed. We have requested a partial refund as we flew home 4 days early due to the fact we couldn’t stay but he’s not accommodating that.
