The floors need to be fixed and plus they were dirty. We had to buy other pans to cook in because what is there was not big enough. Plus the ice maker in the fridge did not work right.

The location was real good and the house was very roomy. I really liked the hot tub. I like the coffee set up too.

Inadequate blankets, towels, kitchen ware. I should not to do Landry after one night stay, so that all could bath. We booked for 8 people, however one or more had to wait for plates, coffee cups, etc to finish with before rest could eat. A lot of money for inadequately stocked rental vacation home.

Location to attractions was nice. There was plenty of sleeping space.

The house was just a little outdated. The bathroom linens could use an upgrade. The towels were very thin, but got the job done. There also wasn’t any lamps in the house, so the room lights had to stay on if we weren’t going to bed.

The location was perfect! Close to everything but far enough out of the way to where it was a quiet stay.

Clarify listing in regards to pet cleaning fee prior to booking. Upstairs bedroom could use a couple night stands. Just a heads up……the upstairs bathroom toilet could use some maintenance. The tank leaks off and runs water to refill itself about every 30 minutes. Not an issue just thought you might want to know.

One day prior to leaving, I emailed the owner and asked that my email be updated to the email on my phone so that I could get door code on phone email. He responded that he would do so. However, when we arrived, I had not received the code to my phone email and had to call the number from the property's driveway. After answering a couple questions, I was sent the code to my cell as a text. It wasn't a HUGE issue, per se, but if the weather had not been nice ... it could have been an issue. I would greatly suggest that maybe TEXTING would be a better option for the future ... just the code itself with no further information so as not to give information to the wrong person. Then, ask for a 1 for "received" or whatever.

The code worked well and didn't have any issues with opening/closing the door. Like the fact that the keys are backlit. That's very helpful after dark!

The fact that a roofing company worked on the roof one day. One of the beds was way too tall for someone of shirt stature to get on.
