Wasn't a fan of the ring doorbell camera over the door facing the outdoor table or the flood light that came on after dark with movement. BUT, the host were kind enough to allow us some leeway with these... for privacy and to cut down on the flying bugs that are attracted. So really, no complaints on these two things. Everything was easily adjusted and the host allowed us the comfort we wanted aka needed.

I'm a local and a friend from Boston (pictured in our cute yard) flew down for our annual 'Too Young to be Widows Retreat'. The room was cozy and perfect for two, the yard with umbrella table was very comfortable and where we spent a lot of time. The Pinellas trail, an elevated section was 20 feet or so behind our little yard and had busy times... That said, while the first day it felt a little invasive, the next day, it was more entertaining watching the bikers and runners who honestly never paid us any attention. We went about our vacationing without any worries. A MUST ADD: The host were great, always available if needed but NEVER intrusive.

Studio apartment was centrally located to Clearwater & St Petersburg. Met our needs to a tee, especially the fenced yard for our elderly pooch. Quiet neighborhood to walk our dog & just a couple blocks to the Catholic Church. Owner very responsive to questions or requests. Wish we could have transported our bikes to ride on the Pinellas bike trail literally in the backyard. Nice parks in Seminole to visit close by.

The place have everything that you need. From small items like spoon, fork, bowl and even iron the room have it all. The host is very nice and always there if you need anything.

What a great place to stay! We came late and stayed only for 1 night, but I've regretted that. Spotless clean, well equipped place with a very private vibe with its own backyard. I absolutely loved it and if I would be back to Florida I will be back there :).

Very clean and updated! Convenient and quiet location with a private entrance gate and private patio area! We were granted early check-in and could park two vehicles in the private driveway. Great hosts!

This place is so awesome I want to keep it a secret! The hosts have thought of everything to provide a great home base for enjoying the Tampa-St. Petersburg area, & the Pinellas Trail is right behind the house. Super clean, super quiet, & super comfortable - we want to come back for longer next time… Outstanding value - thanks!

Recommend a small magnifying mirror for the bathroom 👍

Clean, comfortable bed, perfect amenities. Perfectly met our needs. Added bonus was the washer/dryer. Nice sitting area outside. Didn't use- but also had beach items available.

Amazing stay! Clean, cozy, and private. We stayed for 12 days and really enjoyed the location and private space. We have our own bathroom, kitchenette, washer and dryer, and fenced in area. We would definitely recommend and book again.
