Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

CanadaI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crockfords Resort at Resorts World, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service that set the tone for the entire experience. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly. The apartment was absolutely stunning, with a luxurious design and state-of-the-art amenities. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as high-end toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen. I loved the whole experience and can’t wait to return!

United StatesSo, one thing that was quite off putting was the "free play" given in the casino. That system is a disaster and you can tell it's meant to frustrate the guests so they just abandon trying to use it. The cashiers where you get the cards do not give proper instructions and I had to go back to them 5 times due to card issues with both of our cards. Each time they would give one more piece of info (such as OH you cannot play any of the jackpot slots, or you have to put money in first to activate it, or one time it was you have to put more money if it isn't giving you the option to load the money, or one time I see no play on your card (when I had pumped money in while the card was in and still couldn't load the free $25). This just seemed so juvenile for a high end hotel/casino to frustrate the guests with this nonsense. No other casino has these issues or craziness with their free play card functionality and their staff are all extremely helpful. I feel Resorts World failed miserably in this area. The other thing that I just found interesting considering we were at the Bellagio at this exact same time last year for our wedding anniversary and they went all out to recognize our celebration with a bottle of champagne and even upgraded us to one of the 2000sf suites directly center overlooking the fountains. While that was a fabulous surprise, obviously that isn't expected. However, this year, we were celebrating two friends birthdays that we were meeting there and our wedding anniversary and we were just surprised there was no acknowledgement whatsoever even though it was also mentioned at booking as the booking info asks if you are celebrating anything. I found it even more ironic that the manager checking us in (super nice and pleasant), but he went on and on about loving love and how he was a wedding planner etc and yet still nothing, At this price point, it goes a long way to acknowledge these celebrations of your guests. It is...
The hotel is very nice. The Crockfords lobby is gorgeous. The room view from our 62nd floor was amazing. The room itself was very nice. The bathroom is nice, with a good shower. the robes were very comfy. good lighting and mirrors. The beds are very comfortable. The sky bar on the 66th floor was stunning. We enjoyed several of the restaurants and bars. Love the food court options that was a nice thing when on a schedule.

United Arab EmiratesOur check in experience was lacking. We are 3 parties (2 suite rooms and 1 king room). A lady named Saba checked us in, not friendly, a bit reserved and a tinge of attitude. I thought she was a trainee and was still learning. She didn't offer any info on the hotel, did not walk us to the elevator or offer water, celebratory champagne (we were there to celebrate my brother in law's 50th bday). I've stayed in this property 2-3 times before. In the past, we were offered fruit infused water, bottled water, etc...I only learned about the celebratory champagne, etc..when I was asked if my party was offered this during check in and I saw her offer it to another patron and walk them to the elevator while I was checking out. I also had a gift card that I tried to apply to the room total and that took way too long to process. It was their own gift card so all employees, especially front desk staff should be trained on how to apply/process the payments.
Crockfords is one of the better value hotels on the Strip. I have stayed here 2-3 times now. It is nice and quiet, right on the strip but you don't have the noise or smokiness of other hotels. The building, rooms are new, decent sized, nice amenities. The price point is not bad for the room types and downstairs is the casino with many options for dining. It's also great for family gatherings as some may prefer to stay at the Hilton or Conrad. They are all inter connected so you can meet in the middle. Christina Hernandez at the Concierge desk is AMAZING. So lovely and wonderful helping me to arrange some in room amenities for a birthday surprise

United StatesThat the restaurant charged me for small birthday dessert that I didn’t order. It was marked on reservation when asked if we are celebrating something. But I never asked for it or ordered it.
Everything was wonderful! What stands out the most is the impeccable service. Everyone that we encountered from cleaning , check-in, concierge, doormen, restaurant staff, to spa attendees is amazing and very helpful and friendly.
