We found a dead bug in our bed on the second day which grossed us out and almost made us check out early.

Having the cafe right on the premise was a big plus and the food was delicious!

Squeeky clean, except for a big hairball under the loveseat. The microwave was inconvenient for short people to use, as it is located on top of the full-sized refrigerator. Otherwise, it really was perfect.

Located steps away from the beach. Air- conditioner, refrigerator , and microwave were all excellant. Refurbishing was so recent that there was not even one little stain on the sofa. One of my teenage grandkids would have liked to move there permanently. Staff was polite, kind, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were very quick.

Parking garage could have more lights. Parking was tight. Room was clean but could've been cleaner. Check out is too early. Music in pool area could have more variety.

the only thing I didn’t like about the stay was that there’s wheels on the legs of the bed so when I woke up or moved a bit it moved the bed out of place a lot

Nothing really. Newer laundry machines that take credit cards, and soap dispensers would be nice

Staff was friendly and very responsive. Loved our oceanfront view. Room was comfortable. Pool was warm enough and clean. Location was amazing. Easy walk to beach, bike rental and boardwalk. Would definitely return again.

Hotel located right by the beach and about a 25 min walk (south) of the boardwalk. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and smelled of bleach when you walked in. Heated pool was clean and has a fenced off 2.5 ft deep area for small children. Parking garage under the building was a little snug for our SUV, we had to make sure not to fully open the car doors so we wouldn’t hit other vehicles. I do wish the rooms had a broom and dust pan as our bare feet constantly had sand on them after we came back from the beach, not something I wanted to constantly call housekeeping for. Overall pleased with the hotel and would definitely stay here again.

the bed was really uncomfortable the mattress a deluxe sag in it so rest was not good n a lil leak from the air conditioner above the kitchen sink that hit your head when doing dishes.

we liked it a lot extremely clean, room was super gorgeous, staff was amazing super attentive. off road parking, got there a tad bit early they accommodated us n checked us in.

Not enough places to have sweaters and towels. Might want to add some hooks behind the doors or on the walls. That is honestly the only “complaint” I can say.

Loved it all! The staff from the front desk to the house keeping where all exceptional! Room was extremely clean and well maintained. Beds and couches were very comfortable! Bonus they had actual sun bathing chairs on the balcony, which not a lot of places have!
