The hotel was amazing suite was great location was great. The only issue was a lack of parking. We came back from an amusement park at 930 pm and there was nowhere to park. They ended up parking people along the sides of the street which was thankfully not a disaster as far as the car getting hit.

The pool is always warm!! The property is immaculate!! The staff is wonderful!! So close to Disney!! Only negative… if you return late, parking is sometimes hard to find.

They have no elevators so we had to drag our heavy luggage up to the third floor.

The rooms are spacious and good for a big family. Close to everything. No traffic, and we were able to avoid I4. The pool was great.

I liked everything about the property it's clean quiet a beautiful pool and very clean sparkling hot tub or restaurants available for food everyone seems friendly I did get a request a for a condo not on the road but it did end up on a side road which had some noise I would prefer my condo face the parking lot which I asked for but for some reason there was still a side roll with a lot of noise a closer look at the map next time because I know the area and I prefer one not on the road any road I like quiet not the sound of cars

this is one of my favorite properties in the area as they have upscale accommodations with large condos screen and balconies a huge pool a lot of other facilities in a quiet area close to everything in the area it's probably the best of the best I'll be back again

After we had checked in, we were stopped by a woman at a counter near the main door as we were heading to our room. She said we needed a parking permit which we said was strange as the man who checked us in hadn’t mentioned that we needed a permit and it seemed that he should have taken care of it. She then went on to try to sell us a Hilton vacation package which we thought was an underhand way of getting us to stop and listen to her.

It was modern and the room was spacious and clean. There were free laundry facilities which we really appreciated. There was a free shuttle to various Disney resorts - once to drop off and once to pick up.

If the receptionist says “You have been invited to the Hilton Timeshare sales presentation “, Don’t do it. That was the worst two hours of my life. They claimed to not pressure anyone into buying “Points” but it was the complete opposite. The timeshare event was at The Hilton Grand Vacations Club Tuscany.

The king room had a garden tub. Definitely worth it

No breakfast was available at or near the hotel. Although it is close to Disney Springs, it isn't close to much of anything else. Some of the appliances and furnishings were a bit banged up or worn. The rooms could use a renovation. They will try to get you to attend a time share presentation when you check in, so be prepared to spend an extra few minutes deflecting that if you don't want to sit through that kind of sales pitch.

Very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the jacuzzi bath. Great water pressure in the shower. I love the quirky facilities at this hotel. The volcano pool, putt putt golf course, pickleball courts, board games bar. Very convenient to Disney Springs if that is a destination you want to visit. Well furnished kitchenette in the room.
