Not hearing music and festivities but it was relaxing to say the least

The entertainment but could use a dj or music to make it more fun. More games, shout out to the lady. I won for my birthday and more theme slides for adults. I'm a kid to.

My only complaint is when you have to scan your room key to get thru the gate at night, PLEASE move that card reader closer to the road! You literally can’t reach it from your car unless you practically run over the curb or you have to get out of the car.

Not much sleep

Location was convenient to theme parks, restaurants, shopping. Staff friendly however pushed the presentation to attend buyin of Hilton Vacations. Room was nice and clean. Pool area nice but we didn't have time to enjoy it. Neighbors in adjoining room LOUD! Not obnoxious, just LOUD. Finally reported at 2am. Called back to front desk appx 30-40 minutes later. Was told Security had addressed the issue and desk called security while I was on phone 2nd time. They were receptive and took issue seriously. Quieted down for awhile but these girls continued on till 6:30am. Resort did compensate a portion of our bill and stated while checking out next morning if I had reported a 3rd time the neighbors would have been removed.

if you get a studio, just know that everyone in the room will see you get into the shower and thru the frosted glass can watch you shower. Studio is really just meant for intimate couples. Also it’s just a garden tub in the studio. it isn’t jetted.

My family and I where at Cypress pool at noon until around evening. A senior male staff member 3/24/23, a pool attendant, kept staring at us (dear in the headlight look); I smiled and waved at him with no response. He just kept staring at different times at the pool area. It was rude, and I felt unwelcomed, was uncomfortable, questioning whether I should return to your property. Activities were held at the partner facility, Grand Villas; activities should be held at Cypress Pointe Resort also. Walking and crossing the street to the other facility is not safe and an inconvenience. Plus, there are 3 floors at Cypress Pointe Resort and no elevator. It gets tiring after taking luggage upstairs. For the price, people should be able to enjoy all activities at the resort property they booked. The Cafe Front is outdated. I didn't know if it was a convenient store or cafe. What is needed is a coffee station similar to what hotels have, a fountain drink station, draft beer and wine by the cup; hot fast food, such as pizza, fries, wings, freshly made sandwiches, and salads, etc.

My balcony overlooked the parking lot. Booking.com overview specified that I would have a washer and dryer (I did not). CONSTRUCTION by the pool in building 4. why was this not in the listing?? It would have been nice to have an armchair in the room. I wasn’t happy that I couldn’t use a Cabana at the pool — I SPECIFICALLY called the resort and inquired. Pool ice machine broke and no ice in Building 8. I literally walked three buildings last night trying to find an ice machine and there was none. Finally — and this is a common issue I have whenever I visit Orlando. it’s the other guests who stain my vacation. Parents seem to waive all accountability for their kids. It’s American parents — there is no consideration or respect for (other) adults. and god forbid you ask a kid to stop jumping in where adults are swimming or reading — or ON YOU!!

I was very impressed with this property. it exceeded my expectations. I normally go to Sheraton Vistana but thought I would give Cypress Point a try due to the price point for a brief 4-night stay. I liked that it was small but had lots to do and plenty of amenities (considering the daily resort fee that’s expected). lovely heated pool. great food at the Pointe Cafe. The staff is wonderful and attentive. Always working to keep the pool area clean. The units are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. I extended my stay and the hotel was able to link my reservations for ease of efficiency — a huge plus!! Cypress Pointe had everything I needed for my short stay and I will definitely consider returning for another stay. next time will book a larger unit.

Location was about a 15 minute drive to all the Disney parks. The room was large and clean. The washer and dryer in the room was amazing! All the staff were helpful and friendly. Activities for young and the young at heart all week. Pools were clean and big. The on-site restaurants were delicious and open late.
