No elevators omg when we realized that we 😱😱 I have a leg brace and man was that painful and we had the luck of being all the way on top floor 😮‍💨

There isn’t really much to dislike about this resort, it kind of hits the spot and makes you feel good to be here !

A very clean and ideally located property for theme parks, shops, restaurants and Orlando international airport. Staff were incredibly accommodating, polite and responded to all our needs. The rooms were of a generous size and air conditioning perfectly suitable in maintaining a comfortable climate. Kitchens were of adequate size and had all utensils and facilities to prepare a quality meal. Toiletries, washing products, coffee making and other ancillary products all provided to a high standard and replenished mid term to exacting standards. Towels, bedding and mattresses equally of a good size and great quality. Efficient washing and drying facilities in the accommodation was perfect for mid-holiday washing. The facilities of swimming pool, play areas, on site snack bar / shop were great. A very well equipped gymnasium was never busy and perfectly kitted out for a good workout: including CV/free weights and resistance machines. The grill / barbecue area had 3 immaculately cleaned gas Barbecues that were fantastic to cook on and maintained a perfect temperature, they really did the job well! As a long haul airline pilot that travels the world and has stayed in a variety of accommodation standards and conditions, I would say this resort is good value for money and is perfectly suited to a quality family holiday / vacation. I would recommend to friends, family and colleagues and will definitely look at returning to this resort. Chris !

First night of arrival with no where to park. Staff let us know that they overbooked on top of giving many guests double parking passes. After lapping around the lot for 10 min after having driven 10 hours to get there, we were over it. Had to go back into the lobby to the desk to tell them yet again that parking in a fire lane was not going to work for us. A mod gave up her parking spot but didn’t seem too thrilled to do so. Came out the next morning and roughly 50 cars had citations from fire lane parking. Also had rude neighbors that not only stayed loud up until 2 in the morning but also knocked on our door at 330 one morning awaking us from sleep. Lobby did send security to remedy this. However, paper thin walls.

This hotel was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. How can you put a bathtub in the middle of the room ? This room is worth only for a couple on their honeymoon. It had no privacy and the sink is in the room . Leave alone a couple even 2 friends cannot stay in this room . Who came up with this stupid desigh ?

We went for a wedding and so this was a perfect location for that.

I didn’t like that our room was adjoined with another room by essentially a bedroom door. You could hear literally everything that was going on in the other room, and we were woken up every morning by them.

Location was great. The pool are was nice. The cafe was convenient and the owner was very nice, a little overpriced but the food was good. The room was small but clean. Bed was comfortable

Never being able to park due to the parking lot always being packed, the noise is insane I can hear everything is all the rooms around you including slamming doors, loud music, and staff outside your rooms having loud conversation at 7am. The room had a musty smell. It's outdated and the bedding was so itchy and there was an ant problem in our room. We used to love it here it's just trashy now.

I asked for a room on the ground floor and in a more quiet part of the resort. I got a room on the second floor, and they placed me next to a maintenance facility and next to the main road. All I could hear through the walls and while I was on the balcony was cars driving by, people loudly getting in and out of their cars in the parking lot, and the employees driving through on their cart and doing other various things at the maintenance area. I am not upset with the employees for doing their jobs, just annoyed that I asked to be placed somewhere more quiet and that is where they chose to place me. Also, there were a few nights we couldn't even park in front of where our building was because there were so many other people parked in the small parking area for a large building.

I liked the amount of space in the room, the large bath tub, the cleanliness, and the balcony. The room had a mini fridge that was spacious and a microwave so I was able to save some leftovers and reheat them.

The room is extremely small. The worst part about this place is the sound proofing. You can hear literally every single thing that happens outside your door as if your door was wide open. You can hear people walking up the stairs 2 floors down, you can hear housekeeping’s every move, you can hear others in their rooms as if they were in yours. Worst part about our stay was the fact there was an adjoining suite to our room separated by one single door. This adjoining suite was not advertised or mentioned at all in the booking, the hotel website, or upon checking in. If I had known this I would have never booked this room. Thank god nobody was in the adjoining room for the first 2 nights of our stay, but our last night the room was occupied by a family and you can hear every single word they said with ease, which means my partner and myself could not even have a conversation in peace without being listened on by this family whether they were listening on purpose or not because if we could hear them so easily they could hear us and at that point it’s no longer a peaceful getaway. We could literally hear them eating that’s how thin the walls are. Besides this, the front desk lady was rude upon checking in and made me wait 10 minutes to finish something else when there was literally nobody in the reception area that she was helping. I won’t be booking here again.

Only thing that is good about this place is the location to the parks, gas stations, Walgreens, and food stops. The price was affordable compared to other hotels. The tub is a nice plus but isn’t outstanding.

had an unpleasant situation while checking out. Were assured that we can have late check out (11am instead of 10am), the girl even marked it in the system. Next day it turns out noone is informed, no information noted and the reception starts calling us every 5 minutes, the mait pops into the rooms speaking no English;-( very stressful

Too many buildings and not enough parking in such a small acreage, some of the refreshed areas felt like afterthoughts (pool cafe) there’s no Starbucks so get rid of the sign (Starbucks junkies hate to be teased) the mattress felt well used VERY well used and the pot smoking in the breezeways was a bit excessive. I’m not a prude but DAMN was I sharing a building with Snoop Dogg?!

The pool is outdated with stains on the bottom and scum on the pool tiles. The parking here is the worst. I'm not sure how you can build a facility with more rooms than what you have parking spots. People parked alongside walks and in no parking zones both nights. This isn't a deal break for most, but for sure, something to think about if you are a single parent or traveling with someone with accessibility issues. There was also a serious mosquito issue in the breeze ways at room doors, which led to them going inside rooms. Side note for the facility, some people take Starbuck signs seriously, I was really disappointed to walk into your Starbucks to find a large coffee machine with no barista in sight much less even a Starbucks stir stick.

The apartments were very comfortable. There are large pump soap bottles for showering. Pool towels are large enough for a human body. Kitchen items were available in the unit, so we're pretty worn, but that's expected. Be prepared they will try to sell you on a time share presentation, but those always come with a gift card at the end, so not all bad there.
