The room was dirty. There was something all over the floor, spots on the table, poo spot on the under side of the toilet seat, no wash cloths and I'm not sure the bed hadn't been slept in as the sheets were very wrinkled. If I hadn't been so exhausted from driving for over 12 hrs I would have gotten a new room but the attendant wasn't real personable in the first place do I decided to just sleep for a few hours and leave. I will not stay here again.

There was no one in the office I had to call and let it ring for ever before someone answered and it said there was breakfast but when we left at 8am no breakfast and no one in office to ask about it . I feel living ur room key in a basket at the window when u leave is unsafe for ur company some could go right behind u and pick it up and then use it to get in the room you just stayed in .and u wouldn't even know .

It was not well cleaned. AC vents were caked with dust. We rinsed them off. There was hair in the sink that was not ours. Several flies. Could use more outlet options as well.

Bedspread has multiple cigarette burns. We were never able to get the Wi-Fi connected. The front desk was too busy playing video games to help. Breakfast was 3 choices of high sugar cereal, white bread and oatmeal packets.

Everything! I felt very uncomfortable because there were men outside my room drinking. We checked in dropped our bags in the room went to eat and when we came back that is when the men were there. We asked for a refund that was denied we left anyway. Only time we stepped in the room was when we dropped our bags and when we picked them up and left. They also charged me twice for a room I never stayed in.

Upper management should give this young professional proper support and raise in pay!

The best thing about this motel was the manager. He's a young guy with no other help in the office. When we arrived the office was closed because headquarters had sent him out looking for extra supplies needed for the very big upcoming weekend. At first we were very annoyed. Who closes a motel office in the middle of the afternoon? But the young manager had no choice. My annoyance melted when we saw him approaching on his one-wheel (a thing like a skateboard with just one large wheel). Apparently he doesn't even have a car! And he does EVERYTHING at this places with more than 50 rooms! Shame on upper management! Kudos and many thanks to the manager! His wonderful attitude and get-it-done energy will take him far in life.

The mattress was HORRIBLE! needs to be replaced,,we wanted to take tub baths but it was too dirty,,if I hadn't been so tired I would've asked for another room.also kept calling desk to get wifi password and no one ever answered..so disappointed..
