Very noisy room. Walls are paper thin, so heard every footstep from the floor above, conversations outside the room, even from adjacent rooms. I maybe got three hours of sleep, and it ruined the next day for me. Shower curtain was impossible to keep closed at the shower head end, letting water get all over the floor and wall. A/C was also very noisy. I could have had a better room at Motel6 for far less money.

at first glance the room appeared clean, but the towel rack/bar was broken and the towels were sitting on the toilet. little bits of grime everywhere. Microwave was dirty and sounded like it might explode (we used it to make breakfast). The bathroom door handle was broken so the door couldn't latch shut. When we went to staff they said there was nothing they could do and acted as if this was normal for their rooms. Breakfast was barely there. If you liked coffee then there was something to eat. Bagel's were stale and the pancake make was broken. We opted not to eat anything, other than a bite or two of a stale bagel. I've stayed in some bad hotels, but this was the worst. I stayed in others during my trip that offered more, were cleaner and charged less.

No carpet. Little thin bath towels. Side door slammed shut all night long. Previous stay had the same problem and was told it was fixed. Guests loud and laughing and screaming in the hallways at 3 to 6 am. Walls were dirty and noticeable. Will not be returning to this establishment.

Staff was great with ONE exception that overshadowed the whole stay.. Morning desk agent rude, as in not personable, was there to get a paycheck and didn't care about guests or her duty as a "Guest Services Agent/Front Desk.. I'd return only if she wasn't there!! Coffee in lobby not refreshed!! Was there several evenings and asked how fresh was coffee and was told, "...it was made this morning." and I called down at 8pm!!! Facility desperately needs renovations.

Most of staff very polite & helpful. Auditor was the best when I came in just past midnight..one morning desk staff ruined total experience.

Our tv was broken and they offered us a credit but actually charged us the amount of the credit. Tied up money as we waited for the credit to post to account. 3-5 business days

My daughter said the bed was uncomfortable and hurt her back the next morning. But, it was still a good place to be for a quick overnight stay. It cost a little more than the quality inn that is across the street and that place was of better quality.

I wasn't able to use it but I was glad that it had a pool and spa and fitness area and business office. I was happy to have breakfast. Places to eat and so are nearby.

it’s very nice that there was a nice grassy area next to the motel to have your dog do it business, problem was people did not pick up the dog poop. It was everywhere. It was even on the parking lot. It was pretty gross. we really had to watch where we were walking in order not to step on dog poop people need to be reminded to pick up after their animals .

is dog friendly $10 a night for your animals with a nice place to walk dog next to the hotel.

we had a “pet friendly” room which wasn’t the slightest bit clean. there was feces on the wall in the bathroom. when we talked to the front desk the man came and cleaned the wall with toilet paper. old stained pee on the floor and on the bed skirt. the TV wasn’t working and the cords were been held on with electrical tape. none of the empty plugs worked. we had to keep unplugging lamps find sockets that worked. the fridge/freezer was overheating and made everything in the fridge wet. the breakfast was pitiful. barely any food. disappointed to see all throw away plates, cups etc. all of the tables were dirty every time we went in. nothing was recyclable. we were excited to use the pool but after seeing the state of the room and the breakfast area we chose to stay out!

I work nights and woke up late the lady at the front desk was rude and not very understanding to someone that works nights and has a almost 2 year old with them on why I couldn't be out of the room in 30 minutes and was treating to charge my card for another nights fee even though I was checking out that day so I would have paid for something I wouldn't even get to use.

The guy when I checked in had us on the second floor I had my grandson with me that's almost 2 and there was no elevator so he put us in a room on the main floor thank you for that.

The bed was in poor condition, other guests were smoking in non smoking rooms and you could smell in in the hallway. The breakfast was not good and should not say they offered it a cup of coffee a yogurt and breakfast bar is not considered breakfast to me ang for having 2 people in a room there was not enough towels having to ask the front desk all the time became a pain.

Not really breakfast, a couple granola bars and a little yogurt. The room furniture was in bad shape and damaged.

They advertised free breakfast, but didn't actually have any. The room was gross- blood stains on the curtain, cigarette hole burnt into couch(even though the room is non-smoking), stains on the sheets. The back door to the hotel slams really loud and you could hear it all night in your room. Lots of tweakers going in and out at all hours. Did not feel great about parking my car there. We barely got any sleep.

The potty area for the dogs was large and had bags available.
