We’ve stayed at this particular hotel many times this time was not as great as the others the room that we had was a king size room with just a sheet on the bed. Nothing else the bathroom shower don’t get me wrong. Everything was clean, but the shower curtain only went halfway down the wall, and there was no liner so when we shower, the bathroom was flooded with each shower that we took Breakfast is usually awesome which is served from I believe 6 to 10. We went down at eight and almost everything was gone so we nibbled it what was left there and then at like 830 they came out and started replacing things, but that was a busy time of the morning so it should’ve been not let go. I don’t know if they were on break or what was going on but And we had to leave by 8:30. Otherwise it was great. Staff was awesome. Everybody was awesome and we paid a lot of money this time.

Parking was a bit of a challenge for us with a larger vehicle(truck) with tight turns. The noise level was a little high being so close to the highway and the street below. The walls also seemed a little thin- we could hear those in the room next to us having a good time in the wee hours of the morning. We would definitely stay again; But, next time we will bring a fan or a noise machine so we can sleep through the night.

The proximity to the things we wanted to do was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an unexpected surprise- we didn’t know there would be such a variety of food to choose from( and it was good!) We appreciated that the building was secure (security guard on premises) which was a great thing for peace of mind. We felt safe. Huge plus.

It would have been nice to have been alerted when I booked the hotel that there was a parking fee. Our room was clean but did show signs of wear and tear, especially in the bathroom.

There is street noise from cars and the subway train which can be disruptive if you’re a light sleeper like me.

Loved the location with the view of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. And the ease of walking to lots of the attractions and restaurants. The staff were all friendly.

Everytime I've been to philly since 2005 I have stayed in that hotel . The upper management staff is no longer as nice and helpful as they were when I first started staying in that hotel. But things change, I guess. The breakfast is always superb .

everything went well. The only surprise to me was a c;harge to my credit card that had never been done before. I've stayed at that hotel everytime I've been to Philly. Never had encountered a charge as I checked in. However it was removed a few weeks after we checked out.
