Only one complaint, the maid service did not attend our room we only booked in for 2 nights so was fine but any longer we would Have needed some fresh towels. I do like my bed made I feel that’s a little luxury when on vacation.

Location was good only a short walk into town, parking on site for a fee.

I had great difficulty i getting the Wifi to work properly. The staff was great in trying to solve the problem. Had the same problem at another hotel as did other guests. We only have 2 gigs of data so it was a problem in both places.

I liked having breakfast available and not having to search out a restaurant for breakfast. Our room was fine, but the shampoo and cream rinse bottles got mixed up with 1/2 and 1/2 in each!

Parking was a little challenging due to vehicle size relative to location of property, but not a huge issue.

Great view overlooking the riverfront. Quiet and relaxing. Breakfast area was busy but well maintained. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Parking lot was full at night and nowhere to park when leaving and then coming back. Got lucky to be put in a single spot way at the other end by itself. Many people came in after that. Shouldn't have to pay for every night if staying more than one. No pool or anything to do inside the hotel.

Directions to getting there are a little tricky. We missed the turn and ended up on the bridge to Camden, NJ, which cost us a hefty toll and took a lot of time to turn around in the always heavy traffic.

Staff was amazing! Front desk staff memebers Yasmeen and Terri were fantastic! Breakfast was well-stocked and comfortable. The floors all require a key-card to access. Parking is gated and overseen by an attendant. Location is great; it is tucked in a corner alongside the bridge to New Jersey, the river, and the expressway. I was concerned about safety, but it was perfect--somewhat remote but still accessible, pretty safe, and walakable to the historic sites.

We checked in late after a concert and there were no parking spots left so we had to park on street and move our cars next morning off of street parking by 8am.

One of the receptionist was not diligent and caused us some trauma because of misinformation about the loss of our passport

Room cleaning was not done, as the person who would do the cleaning made an attempt to enter the room at 7:00 am. We asked him not to do it at that time. After breakfast, we went back to the room and around 11:00 am, we went out to see the city. The cleaning person saw it, I told them so they could take out the trash and clean it up, but that was not done.
