How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location was very convenient for access to Olympic National Park and other outdoor activities. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.

Exterior of building was a bit worn and no breakfast available
Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable as well. Room was large and the towels were very soft. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again

Price is very high, But this is Olympic National park, so it seems you do not have many choice.
Good location. . I mean if you do not want to drive back and forth in the park, Forks seems to be best choice.

It’s obviously way overpriced for what you get. There was not even a shower head in the shower. But you pay for the proximity to the park I guess.
Location is great to visit Olympic National Park. Room was big and clean and bed was comfortable. Overall it’s fine, just too expensive.

We had one card key that didn't work at all (though we ended up only using the one anyway). The iron available was old and pretty much non-functional. The shower dials were older and hard to figure out even after a few times. Let me state, though, these were minor problems for us and did not take away from our experience.
The location was great for what we were doing (Forever Twilight in Forks Festival right in town). It also has The Longhouse Cafe right next to it (delicious cafe), a pizza joint across the street, as well as the Outfitters store which is groceries and more. The parking lot had plenty of spaces and was well lit.

No breakfast available but there is a breakfast place nearby. The refrigerator is turned off from inside so make sure to turn the knob on cool if putting something inside.
The patio view of the rooms is like a backyard of the house. Convenient location to visit Hoh rainforest and Access all beaches. The room is standard with all required facilities.

The queen size beds are too small for 2 mid sized people.
It's located at a convenient location. The rooms were clean and the check-in was smooth.

Did not know it was a converted "shed" but that was ok - it just threw me off a little. You could not get cell service inside but the wifi worked well.
Spacious, great location to where we wanted to go.

WWent to the restaurant in the parking lot. We were hoping to get seafood. they were completely out. It would have been nice if they had posted that information at the door.

The room that we were in was a bit awkward for comfort. There was no desk for trip planning and the lighting was limited making the room relatively dark. There was limited parking and no breakfast except for coffee in the main office, There was only one restaurant in town (really!) called the In Place. The food is good but limited as is the seating. Most disturbing was the price. The Dew Drop Inn is really capitalizing on the limited options available at this part of Olympic National Park.
Bright, cute motel near the center of town. Room was relatively small but recently made over. Front desk staff was very accommodating and tried hard to handle our information requests. Wifi was reliable.

The price is quite high. But given not much hotel in a small town, it's understandable. NO other complaint to the hotel itself.
Good location. The room is very large for 2 people. Quiet at night. Small balcony is a good add on. Friendly staff and tell you where to eat breakfast.

Price was high for area and pet. If you stay one night check in 4 leave by 11 . That’s not even 24 hours and 75.00 for a pet? Very high price.

I thought it was a tad expensive for an average motel room in Forks!
The location was great! It is across the road from a shopping complex that has a good Pizza restaurant, a grocery store & a sporting goods store for any last minute equipment needs. The room was exceptionally clean.
