Firstly, the wifi was terrible and the mobile signal was next to non existent. I didn't travel for work but I do have my own business and needed to do a little work from time to time, but it was next to impossible both in our room and in the lobby. The cold tap in the kitchen was not cold. We ended up filling the saucepans from the cupboard with water and putting them in the fridge so we could have cold water to drink. The walls were super thin. We were woken up the first couple of nights by loud guests next to us and the rest of the week, we were woken up before the sunrise by kids in the next room. Definitely take ear plugs if you stay here. There were stains on some of the towels and bedsheets, I would definitely recommend taking your own pillow case at least! During my whole stay, when I was in the room, my allergies were really bad. I had to buy allergy meds from the pharmacy. I don't know if there was mold in the room, but something was causing my allergies to act up. The minute I left the room they were fine. Now, I'm NOT saying there was mold - I couldn't see any, I'm just speculating because there was definitely something that was only in this room that was causing it.

The beach view was great and a perfect view of the sunrise from our room. The little kitchen area was helpful.

It was not clean. When I checked in the beds were not made and dirty wet towels were still in the room. I had to go back to lobby after contacting owner who got hold of staff to come make beds and put clean linen and towels.

Wish it had a restaurant and bar. When I booked 6 nights, the cost I was given was $140/night. My card was charged $1,180. 6X $140 = $840 I don't understand why I paid $340 more.

Kitchen was very poorly equipped, lacking even a basic kitchen knife and cutting board for simple preparation. Every time I used the toaster the fire alarm went off! The room was not properly cleaned before my arrival.

North Beach location is a nice neighborhood with convenient shopping and restaurants and right on the beach. The sea view from the windows is very very nice. There were nice facilities that I did not use, like the huge pool, laundry room, and small shop in the lobby.

The entire hotel seems abandoned really. Lack infrastructure, elevators often don't work, wifi at the room was completely inexistent. Parking at the same hotel is not included in the price of the stay, and it's outsourced to another company, which they charge extremely expensive for a day of stay ($30 per day, and you can't park. They have Valet parking).

drugs being smoked everywhere in the building,in the rooms ,rooms the pool ,the staff can't really be bothered to do anything about it they should have a stick non smoking policy there ,1 strikes and your out ,as that's the only reason stopping us from staying there again ,wouldn't advise going there with kids because of the cannabis being smoked everywhere

Shared facilities e.g. laundry room, lobby restrooms were not great. Dryers didn't work and restrooms unclean. Maintenance work ongoing around site e.g. lobby. Rooms very basic and moved towards subsidised accomodation for residents rather than hotel so lots of people living and smoking on site (not just tobacco!) Which wasn't overly family friendly. Room was cleaned very well for arrival and on depature but no additional fresh towels etc offered during the stay. But for the location and cost point it was fine.

Location, pool, big fridge in room. Easy check in and allowed to check in early and check out late. Easy use of beach trolley and beach access superb.

I didn’t like that the ac didn’t work and that there were no parking in the hotel I had to pay $35 per day if I wanted to park my car at the hotel. The bathroom was dirty and the walls of the room had mold and the hallway had was smelly

They didn’t give you enough toilet paper I mean only 2 rolls can only go so far with 4 people with the food in Miami!! They don’t give you any towels ether just a couple in your room and they don’t have a clean person to come in and clean up! Won’t come here again!!
