My friends had to kill 3 cockroaches, which was not nice. The beds are not that large, so be careful if 4 of you are travelling.

The view of the rooms is just so great. The studio are equipped with functional equipment (microwave, toaster, etc.). The bed clothes and bathrooms towers were clean.

it looks to be a run down apartment building, there was a shop in the lobby it had hear no set hours to open and close. there was a restaurant in the building it was closed but you see people there doing something. there was no exhaust fan in the kitchen for when cooking so I was afraid I could set off the smoke detector. not in my room but another couple in the same building saw 2 cockroaches in the room.

I didn’t like folding bed . Was very, very uncomfortable!!! I wish it was Couch instead this little uncomfortable folding bed. Because of this little bed , my back was hurting me and I couldn’t sleep all night. I also didn’t have clean bath towel. My family needed to use dirty towel everyday after shower. I can’t imagine stay two weeks with this condition. When I wanted to wash towels, I couldn’t because a few stores didn’t have Quarters. Hotel was great, beach and pool and location. I strongly recommend for two people or parents with 2 kids. Because they could share their beds. But for us 5 people ( my sons teenagers) was very bad! I personally didn’t have enough space to share my bad, they didn’t want to sleep with me ( because of age ) therefore, I needed to sleep on folding bed . Like I mention before, sleeping on this little bed was very bad.

I like pool and beach. I strongly recommend this hotel for for small family or just 2 people at the room. Or if is big family then 2 rooms, not one. I also like extra room for beach chairs, also we could change our outfits there, this room gave as privacy. We also could hang our wet swimsuits etc.

There was construction happening at the property and one morning the workers were outside our window so we had to keep our blinds closed. When they weren’t working, they left their equipment at our window so our ocean view was obstructed for a couple of days. We were told a taxi to the airport would only cost $45 and the hotel would call for us. However; when we needed one, they called a luxury car service that cost us $60. It is important that guests specify a yellow cab when they ask the front desk to call for a car.

The property is in a great location. It is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops. It is located right on the beach with beautiful views!

Room (which it should be pointed out was a private rental and not one owned directly by the hotel) is dated, in need of refurbishment and we all ended up with lots of small bites. As no obvious insects were present we are suspicious as to whether the beds were the problem. Wifi signal is very patchy.

Nice pool and good access to the beach. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Pool and beach are beautiful. Double check that they give you the right code to the room door on check in. Check in was 30 minutes late because no one had been by to clean the room, owner was quick to reply.

NO SECURITY AT ALL Our things were stolen while in the property (proved by security camera footage) and no one is taking responsibility. The door to the beach had the lock broken during all our stay and no one even attempted to replace it, and that is how we got our things stolen from inside the premises. Nor the owner nor the people that work in the building were of any help. The place is dirty, horribly kept, most things don't work, wifi sucks, the front desk people are rude.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NO SECURITY AT ALL, YOU WILL GET ROBBED. It is very disappointing that Booking.com still allows this kind of property to be rented from their webpage.

Dear Booking.com team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent hotel experience booked through your platform in Miami. This trip was very special to me, as I was celebrating my birthday with my wife, and I carefully selected a room with specific features — including an ocean view — which were unfortunately not provided upon our arrival. When we got there, we were extremely disappointed to find a room in very poor condition: • It did not match the photos or the description shown on your site. • There was no ocean view as promised. • The doors were visibly damaged. • The floor and ceiling were dirty. • Overall, the room was in unacceptable condition. It was clear that the room was completely misrepresented in the listing. Because of this, we had no choice but to leave immediately and urgently find another hotel to stay in. This situation caused us significant stress and inconvenience, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a joyful and special occasion for us. I felt misled and deeply disappointed, especially given the importance of the celebration. I trusted the information published on your site, and unfortunately, the reality was entirely different. For all of these reasons, I am requesting a full refund for the amount paid for this reservation. I also strongly urge you to review this listing to prevent other customers from going through a similar experience. I look forward to your prompt response.

The room wasn’t as nice as shown in pictures. There was a roach in the bathroom, there was hair on the bed when we first got to the room, and the bathroom could definitely use a renovation. I was disappointed when I got to the room because it wasn’t as advertised.

I would bring your own towels that’s the only issue i really had. The towels provided in my head weren’t really made for the beach but made for the shower.

The sea view room has a bigger window then it looks in the pictures and wow was it gorgeous. Anytime we had an issue the owner answered us within seconds and fixed it. Even when it was dumb issues that were my fault line not figuring out the door lock. The property is right on the beach and has a nice pool. would def recommend.

Dirty sheets and bedding on arrival. Room in a shocking state. Didn’t meet health and safety requirements. Had to move out on second day. We hardly got any money back. The hotel charged us for 2 nights double.
