Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesFirst greeted by the GM with a cold bottle of water and a warm chocolate chip cookie...he had us at hello!! Every employee we interacted with was friendly knowledgeable and informative! Breakfast was offered ala Carte or full breakfast. There was a charge but well worth it. We chose the latter and everything was fresh and delicious! We travel frequently and this hotel is by far on the top of our list as excellent experience!!

United StatesShuttle van could have had a stepping stool to get on and off; as the step to get on was very high and difficult to climb onto. My friend suggested complimentary coffee or tea to go with the delicious cookies. 🤗
I did not have the breakfast. The complimentary cookies and water were plentiful and a wonderful added treat. Every staff person was pleasant, courteous and helpful. It was also great having the shuttle service to our concert venue.

United StatesThe bathroom ceiling of room 208 had some red residue of some sort. The ceiling was gross. There was also some dirty towels with yellow bleach-like color on it. there was a water bottle under the AC unit as well. overall it was great though.

United StatesI’ve never had to pay….for just ONE cup of coffee at ANY Hilton I’ve stayed in before. I was on my way out because I was running late and I was told 3/4 bucks for a coffee! Every Hilton I’ve stayed had a little coffee bar grab and go station. I get it……not all hotels can be the same….just disappointing at that time.

The on-site restaurant was a plus! The staff were awesome when I arrived. My room was not ready but the front desk were pleasant and kept me updated as to when it would be ready. It was time to change staff, the one young lady told me she was leaving but the next young lady would take care of me. The room was a nice size and clean.
