Dirty elevators, Overall not quite as clean and well taken care of as most Doubletrees are. Looks a little run down and in need of repairs and cleaning and painting.

Room was nicely decorated and furnished. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great. Coffee was delicious. Staff at front desk was amazing.

I thought the place needed a lot of work. baseboards coming off the wall. scuff marks everywhere to the point of looking dirty. smudges on the walls. the laundry facilities didn’t work so I couldn’t do laundry for my 5 night stay. The elevators were crappy as well.

Our name wasn't on the contienet breakfast and the hostess was rude the first day. She was training a new gal. Our room phone didn't work so we had to go downstairs to get our towels and cleaning room wasn't done for the whole week.

Pool was VERY cold. Only other complaint was that we could not access the safe in the room and had a lot of trouble using the room keys to access the other doors from outside. :(

Checked in and was immediately offered complimentary cookies. The pool was super cold but enjoyed it nonetheless. The hot tub is spacious, loved it. The rooms were super clean.

Compared to my last stay in 2021, the facility was not as clean. There was only 2 working elevators and the pool needed to be cleaned. It seems that there were more guests at the hotel this time and I know that a lot of places are experiencing staff shortages, so I tried to be as understanding as possible. It was a different experience this time.

The location had plenty of restaurants near by and it was really close to the freeway, this made the location easily accessible to plenty of malls, shopping, and activities.

In Polaris I've been to a few different places that are cheaper, and have a full kitchen. I paid more with you, didn't have a kitchen.. but it was quiet. Something that's hard to find.

Only one elevator was working during a three-night stay. Everyone using the elevator was aggravated.

not nothing major bad at all about this, little dusty in windows, ac unit was kinda dirty. could use alittle updating kinda outdated when it came to like the phone in the room and small stuff like that etc. not many channels on tv. some of the drawers wouldn’t stay shut. had a musty smell at first in the room which went away. when we turned on the heat it kinda smelt burnt that also went away. not a very good view out of our window in room 420, which is not a big problem. when we got here we did have to pay a $100 deposit that wasn’t mentioned in the booking.com. also when she was checking us in we had to wait alittle bit cause the lady at the other register booked our room out we reserved under us to another lady checking in next to us. thankfully we got a room for the same price. kinda disappointed they laughed to each other like it wasn’t a big deal while we was standing there with two children and lots of bags. they cursed alot to each other about the situation like laughing it off that they made a mistake. so our room we reserved and paid ahead of time that was the last for that price on booking was taken from underneath of us but they did accommodate us a room for the same charge same thing we wanted alittle better actually but was quick to help us out just was alittle frustrating the women were nice to us at the front desk all around. our queen beds looked more like full size but that’s ok. couldn’t find a trash can til we looked in a hidden space.

pretty well clean for the most part, hotel staff was friendly, offered free cookies and water which was amazing. cookies were phenomenal. very good location and neighborhood. had everything it said it did. rooms looked exactly like the pictures. they also had drinks you could buy and snacks for a fair price. beds are super comfy and nice, rooms were also pretty nice. plenty of parking up close. offered everything it said it did. had extra stuff that wasn’t mentioned that was nice to have and well used like tissues and what not. everything was stocked and overall clean and worked. i would definitely stay again! really cheap for a Hilton also. we loved it overall! NO BUGS! the hotel soon as we walked in the door smelled so good and clean! very quite place also! pretty close to almost anything you need to do around the area also close to a lot of food places and what not!
