United KingdomThe receipts when checking out. All of my expenditure whilst at the hotel was fully itemized when I checked out. However, I paid for the room in advance using Booking.com. I was given a separate receipt for the room which did not match the amount paid. I'm now struggling to get hold of a receipt which shows the actual amount I paid. This is not the fault of the hotel but an issue with Booking.com.
Room was clean and comfy. Gym was small but met my needs.

United StatesI didnt like the fact that there wasn't a newspaper available to read with my morning coffee. Another minus was that there was ample parking around the property but you had to pay for it. Whats up with that?
The breakfast was beyond our expectations. There was a variaty of choices and you could have eggs to order if you wanted. we especially enjoyed the hospitality of your wait staff. The outside pool was a great way to spend an afternoon lazing around in your own semi-private cabana. Delightful. The room was very spacious and comfortable and an outside deck was an unexpected bonus. We really appreciate your free shuttle service
