There was a constant 'drone' noise like a generator running but worse was the sound of aircraft coming in and out. My fault for not realising that the hotel was in such close proximity to the airport!

Staff were kind and helpful. Hotel was all very clean; nice large room, well appointed. Nice balcony facing the pool. Bathroom was well equipped. The shuttle service downtown was free and a good service. Breakfast buffet was okay but not a great choice. Free coffee in the lobby. The bonus here was the outside Bar! Excellent professional barman (Eastern European; shamefully I cannot remember his name) was very friendly and welcoming to guests with excellent recommendations.

Our room was so hot, never got below 80°. We were there only one night, so we didn’t bother to try and get it fixed, but we got about 3 hours of sleep. Also the pool was very deceiving in the photos online. There weren’t many chairs, it was a small pool, and it was fairly dated. For $500/night I just expected a lot more.

I didn't like that it's says complimentary breakfast, and then you have to pay 20 per person for it. Also we got lunch there a few times and a couple times we got the same exact order and the price fluctuated.

The pool and bar area are amazing. The rooms were clean and didn't smell moldy like alot of hotels close to the ocean smell. The little store inside was awesome. The cookies were so good, just wish they had more than oatmeal and walnut.

No breakfast buffet but free coffee and tea in the lobby in the a.m. plus a coffee maker in the rooms. Room service available. The place did have a damp and musty smell throughout. Some might be bothered by the airplane noise from the airport and military base.

We appreciated the free shuttle downtown but found it a bit stressful as we were there during high season over new years and the shuttle would fill up quickly. Two shuttles, a larger one, or they perhaps running more frequently would have been better during that time. The wait time for service at the pool area was always a bit long. Only one person on hand taking orders and it wasn't enough. Paid for a room with a balcony but it was so small we didn't find at appealing to sit out there. We really should have just gotten a standard room for less money.

Would recommend staying at this resort. Nice pool area, the room was spacious for a family of 4. Friendly staff and we loved little details like cookies and hot chocolate in the lobby. Only a few minutes drive to the airport and the hotel provided a free shuttle. Being close to the airport, planes would fly over the hotel but it didn't bother us. Free shuttle also to the beach.

There is a weird smell in the hallway and there was a fire drill at 6 am

Location, pool, restaurants and bar. There is laundry which is nice. Nice balcony. Nice atmosphere.

For the price breakfast was disappointing and we couldn’t purchase simple things like a bagel al is carte. Good coffee though!

Nice, quaint, not too big or small, but that’s what we wanted. Staff were VERY friendly and accommodating. Room was as expected, clean, we did end up with the ONLY room in the hotel that look right into the back of the awning, but that was just bad luck.

booking.com indicated there was a kitchenette in the room - there was a fridge but no microwave and we were expecting to use it. Also Booking.com indicated possible pool view - there was no pool view at all - looking to parking lot. The breakfast was not an option to be picked - it was not available for purchase as the front desk. It was available to purchase at the breakfast room . We paid for the buffet which we thought was a great value around $19.00 per person which turned out to be similar to the amount on booking.com.

pool was great - really enjoyed. Breakfast we could have on the patio overlooking the pool and that was wonderful. The hotel allowed us to have a pet friendly room - cost only $75 for the whole three day period - I liked this. Shuttle to the downtown area in the port area was free.

We have stayed three nights and they have not cleaned our room in the second night, even though housekeeping saw us leave the room and remove the dnd sign.

The restaurant needs improvement. Had only one staff, that seated us, took out order, probably cooked and served us.

Breakfast was delicious. However the lunch and dinner at the onsite restaurant was subpar.

I wrote the hotel prior to my trip about accommodation for my 40th birthday and I never recieved an reply regarding it. When I arrived I asked and that's when I was told. Originally, when I booked trip I included a breakfast plan and somehow when I arrived I was told it wasn't included imagine my disappointment after budgeting and paying expenses to have an enjoyable birthday get away. No complemtary was offered for the room with dusty ceiling fan it was much and for what mentioned, no special note to say happy Birthday especially if mentioned prior. The hotel should add that to a new agenda when guest mention or email regarding the reason of visit anniversary. Bday, etc the hotel should do something special imagine the return and overall outcome you will recieve and marketing benefits.

The staff at the restaurant were excellent made me feel special and welcomed as I was celebrating my 40th birthday on July 10. Thanks to the staff there and especially Bravin, excellent host/waiter customer service was top notch. The housekeeping staff were great they did their best to accommodate me even when I stated ceiling fans were dirty and caused me to sneeze in the night. Very helpful to Maria.

Hotel is quite outdated. Looks like there was a fresh up in some areas but it could use a bit more. There was rust on the bathtub, curtains got stuck, were hard to move, chair in room was very worn down.

It was quiet and the room had everything we needed. Shuttle to downtown and beach was very convenient.
