I had an employee named Giorgiana that reached out by text saying that anything I needed could be requested through that text thread. I texted several times and never got a response. The bathroom needed work. Wallpaper peeling off the walls and the shower leaks all the way into the rest of the bathroom floor. I actually didn't shower because I didn't want to deal with that. My husband had already showered, and I realized there was so much water on the floor.

The two people working at the check-in desk were great. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm.

Although the location was good. Finding where to park was difficult. Being in an unfamiliar location we had to drive around a couple times thinking we missed something. We ended up having to call to figure out where to park

Def dated, bathroom trashcan had no bag just an exterior box so trash laid on the floor, shelf for towels was broken. There was coffee grounds but no coffee pot, walked to the lobby instead but that pot was empty...

The ceiling in the shower looked like it had mold on it. Needs updating but I imagine if it was the price would increase.

Location was great. We were in town to see a performance at the Palace Theatre which was one block away so we were able to walk there. The restaurant and bar were both very nice and the food was excellent. Bartender was extremely friendly. Room was huge. Bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Price was very good.

Extremely old, carpets felt dirty, shower pressure was extreme and unable to be changed, shower didn’t drain and neither did the sink. Whole place really needs a face lift, for the price it wasn’t overly pleasant

There were no glasses or cups in the room. There were no sheets pillows or blankets for the pullout bed. The pullout bed was one of the least comfortable I have ever experienced. The hotel seemed clean but there was an overall feeling of shabbiness...of a need to be updated.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Staff quickly delivered items listed below that were missing from the room. The location was very convenient to be able to walk to several different neighborhoods

The computer system messed up when I went to pay. My bank accepted the transaction and it came out on my card, but the manager's system kept saying it was declined. The manager eventually allowed us to go to our room, but said we would need to figure it out in the morning. Fair enough, she needs to be paid, but it put me under a lot more stress than I needed to be under. We ended up canceling our second night and just stayed for one night because of the my card continuing to decline because the amount came out the first time. I ended up having to cancel the pending transaction on my card to get my money back since there was nothing the manager could do on her end.

The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great. The room was spacious and big enough to have more than two people in it. Definitely great for a family stay.

The phone in the room did not work, there was no trashcan, and the concierge was rude upon arrival. I had booked through Booking.com and they said they were unable to give me the reservation because it was past check in time. This is despite me, calling them, asking one hour past the alleged check in time if this was allowed and the concierge on the phone informed me that I should book a reservation online. overall, my stay was OK but when I asked if I could extend my checkout times the concierge told me I was unable to and eventually said that I had to check out "at tweleve o clock on the DOT" in a condescending manner.

No one ever answered the phone at the desk and we asked for our room to be cleaned but it never was. The pullout sofa mattress was disgusting.

Missy, Arena & Georgina at the front desk were so welcoming! Smiling, professional, thoughtful! Definitely those 3 are an asset to this hotel chain! They could teach classes in hospitality they know their jobs and assignments & execute them flawlessly! Great short stay, didn’t take long to be impressed!

The parking situation needs vast improvement. There was no direct information on where to park, that we needed to go into the garage first and then come inside, the garage was on the opposite side of the front entrance so it was not visible to anyone pulling up to check in. The curbside parking was also a pain due to the fact that they had one working elevator and you had to go up to the 2nd floor to check in.

The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Cleanliness is a huge factor for me when staying out of town and our room was spotless.

Arrived to check in about 3:45pm (check in was 4) was told room not ready and to come back in 15 or 20 minutes. We had an event to attend and needed to shower and change and be out the door no later than 5:15pm. Got in line about 4:10pm with many others. Called to the desk at 4:25pm was told the room was not ready and could be between an hour and an hour and 1/2. I expressed that we had to be showered and dressed and out the door in less than 50 minutes. Asked for any other room. We were given a suite and not charged for the difference which I greatly appreciated but by the time we checked in and got up to the room it was 4:45pm cutting our time to get ready too short and one of us could not shower before the event.
