Room needs an upgrade. There were renovations going on and guests were placed in the old rooms.

Arrived at hotel to check in and dropped bags off at the room which the Heat was off so the room was 64. Turned on the heater to 72 before leaving to company event. Came back around 10pm, room was 64 no heat. Called for help which came within 5 minutes. Wonderful maintenance available quickly and kind. The heater was damaged but had another room 3 doors down. Maintenance got the key from front desk which was awesome. The problem had to take everything we had taken from the 3 suitcases and repack, move back and forth at 10:30pm. It happens and the staff did what they could beyond their control. I did notice the property looked in process of remodeling. All was good after getting a great night rest due to the staff and room we changed to.

The pillows were awesome as well the comforter kept you cozy and warm. Clean hotel and attentive when needed. Check in was smooth and had a restaurant on site. Very quiet and comfortable. Great TV for viewing.

There was no channel guide or wifi instructions. Also the lady that helped with breakfast was super confusing but she was nice. Tried calling down for extra blankets and never got an answer, it was like 12am and ..also there were kids running up and down the hallway all night, that's why I didn't want to go to the desk for blankets! Which didn't really bother me but the other patrons were getting upset they kept knocking on doors, which isn't really the establishment's fault......

It was comfortable . The pool was nice. .. I could see my teenage children in the pool from the window in my room so that was great! I like that breakfast is served until 11!

The room was tight and the body wash and shampoo were empty, the roll out bed look like they took ot out the trash. The pool smell like pee the hottub was cold and after the breakfast was included they charged me for breakfast and they never refunded me either. So no I won't stay there again..and the price they charge me wasn't worth the room.

On our second day we didn't receive any coffee. I went to the front desk but they didn't have any to give us and told us they would tell housekeeping. It was kind of late and housekeeping didn't show up with any. On the third day we got our coffee but housekeeping took away the no slip mat in the tub. The tub was kind of slippery and it would have been nice to have that back. Also, I understand that hotels are doing away with individual of cleansers and lotions, but the bottles attached to the wall of the shower was so high up that I has difficulty reaching the pumps while showering. They looked to be eye level for someone who is 6 ft 3. I'm glad I'm not shorter as I would not have been able to reach them and with the slippery tub it made showering interesting. Please lower the bottles so that people don't have to be on their toes to reach them. Or else I was just unlucky enough to get the giant's room.

The location was perfect for the proximity to visiting with family.

During my third night the alarm of the entire building went off and we had to go out into the street in the cold without many instructions from the staff. Waiting for the fireman to arrive. And during my last night, the heating in my room didn't work and I spent the entire night at 63°F. My room was very cold and I woke up with throat sore and a cold.

Good size of the rooms, the gym although it was adapted because of the remodeling was ok and functional. The breakfast was good and the omelette guy was very gentle.

The place is a maze - very easy to get lost. There are no maps posted around the facility to help you find what you need, and the signs that are posted can be confusing. We were not able to reach the front desk any time we tried calling. Called room service to ask for utensils - I then received a call back (from a man with a very bad attitude) telling us to come down for them. He then gave my partner a dirty look and attitude upon picking up the utensils. The balconies are tiny and have no chairs for seating.

The garden looked nice; we were hoping to get a garden view room but didn't. There was a wedding during our stay and we weren't able to go see it. Getting a cookie upon arrival was nice. Not the best cookie I've ever had, but it did the job.

The indoor pool was too cold. I might as well been outside. The front desk could have been more friendlier. There was one individual who got one nerves. There were no chairs on the balcony.

I loved the room. The whole setup. The bed was so comfy. The to go breakfast was great.
