The pool was closed but that was understandable. Only thing I didn’t like about the room is the bedroom door. It’s a slider and there’s no way to get a good handle on it to close and open fully without risking your fingers.

The older woman was rude at check in don't know her name when we complained the TV in the living room didn't work..she told me to change the batteries. The restaurant breakfast was cold, and the temperature felt like an oven in the lobby and restaurant. I would never stay there again because for what we paid and what we got I wasn't impressed . I should've chose a different hotel .

 The curtains to the balcony had holes in it, and was very dirty. The glass was dirty. There was no chairs on the balcony. The linen was not clean. I open the screen, sliding glass door and got stung by a wasp due to a wasp nest in between the sliding glass door and glass door I told the employees I was told I had to wait to the next day to speak with a manager, both TV remotes did not work for the room at all the clock was broken I booked us room for a family getaway. My son has allergies. The amount of pollen and dust on the rail of the balcony was unacceptable. The reason I got this room was because of the balcony and the pool upon check-in, I was told there is a birthday party going on so the pool was extended to nine I could not even get into the pool or the Jacuzzi. There was no room due to the party so I told my son we could go outside to the courtyard, there was another party going on in the courtyard, none of the staff seemed to care I spent almost $300 on the room for one night. I am a Hilton rewards member as well. I always book on bookings. I am very upset about my stay

Waited super long to check in. Our room was not ready until close to 5pm and we had tickets to the Phillies game at 7. The hallways smelled like mildew. Our room was on the other side of the property and the last room of the hallway. My boyfriend has a disability and walks with a cane. The beds were terrible !!! So uncomfortable and lumpy. I noticed a glass with some kind of alcohol in it by the elevator when we got back to the hotel at night l, the next morning it was still there when we checked out at 10 am. We couldn’t get out of there quicker!

The beds were not clean. I had to switch rooms 2 times because the sofa bed was broken. I ended up doing my own cleaning of the room and made the beds with new sheets they provided. I also had to use all my Clorox wipes to wipe down the room. I do not think it was cleaned before hand but I had already switched rooms so much I didn’t want to move again as it was 8 pm and I have a broken leg.

The breakfast was too expensive. The bar at happy hour special drink was beer and house wine. Definitely not special. Rooms at a little dated could use an update.

Swimming pool was disgusting-there were things floating in it, the front desk staff at night wasn’t courteous or accommodating. They refused to give us towels for the pool and were annoyed to give us more for our room. The beds were super uncomfortable. My husband and I both had back pain after sleeping there.
