The complimentary laundry room was very convenient. It was nice being able to wash my clothes before leaving. One of the elevators wasn’t working at the time but there are a lot of stairs so no matter where you park it’s very easy to access your room

There is a kitchenette but no cutlery or kitchenware which was odd so couldn't use it really. They could use a better system for the airport shuttle - we were disappointed as we arrived and I had to find a phone to ring the hotel and request and they gave us the instructions and we waited 30minutes and no sign of it. We ended up getting an Uber which cost us quite a bit for a 5min drive. We arrived to the hotel with the shuttle still there. I requested a reimbursement and they ignored it. Why offer the service and not provide it for your guests. We got a car hire after a day. The hotel was very short staffed during our stay, we didn't get served in the restaurant the first night and we went to bed hungry as nothing around really if you've no car. For what we paid, it didn't meet our expectations unfortunately.

The room was super comfortable and clean. It was spacious too. We enjoyed heading down to the pool/jacuzzi every evening and socialize with fellow travellers. The parking was really convenient and super close to the airport. The rooms are very modern and warm too.

Housekeeping services should have been offered each morning.

The room was great. Housekeeping services were not offered during our stay so I took our dirty towels and went and asked for new ones. Having to do that was the only downside of the stay.

The room had an off smell that I couldn't identify. We had dinner in the restaurant. The wait staff was not the best for explaining menu items and after our order was taken that person didn't speak to us until it was time for the check. The other person working brought the food and checked on us periodically. The steak was a cheap gristle cut but the edible parts were flavorful.

We loved that we were able to check in early without an early check-in fee. The front desk was always helpful and nice.

- The floors are a little weird, with only one elevator reaching some of the floors - No trash bags in the room

Even in a seemingly empty hotel we'll still get loud next-door neighbors. No fault of the hotel other than not spacing their occupants. But it is frustrating when we have kids trying to sleep being woken up by neighboring guests stumbling in at 2 in the morning.

Our go-to hotel for trips out of Phoenix. Convenient location, easy booking, clean and comfortable.

Specifically asked what time shuttle started and was asked what time my flight was. He then said, good the shuttle leaves at 8 am sharp. Next morning found out first one left at 7 am. I would have gone on that with all the travell problems going on. Also, called for pick up at airport after getting bags. Told 20 minutes, but after 1/2 hour no show. Took cab. Upside we were refunded for the cab.

Location was great Shuttle to airport Aldo good. Brix was very good.

The light in the bathroom was motion activated, but would go off while we were in the shower. Also, the stopper in the bathroom sink didn't work.

Pillows are very hard. Rooms are bright white and not very “warm” and inviting.

Considering the price you pay for this hotel, the Wi-Fi is rubbish. There are two options - free or premium. The free Wi-Fi is throttled and unreliable, it also prevents you from using a VPN which just won't connect over their system. When paying the price you are for a room that does not include free breakfast, making you pay more for good Wi-fi is not acceptable.

This hotel is quite modern with large comfortable beds in well equipped rooms with great cable TV - with one in the living area and bedroom. All rooms face on to a large courtyard where the pool and plenty of seating is located. Once checked in, there is no need to keep travelling to the front desk to access the site with a number of locked gates on the perimeter requiring your room key to use. The breakfast options in the restaurant were good as were the dinners.
