I was tricked. Booking showed that breakfast included but it turned out that the fine prints says it's not. Not what I booked.

Floor space was very limited but hey, it’s NYC. Rooftop bar was average. Not a great selection of drinks and small seating area inside.

I liked almost everything about this hotel, i lovd it's location. The location honestly can't be beaten, my room had a beautiful view of the Empire state building. i loved the fact that i was checked in on arrival even though it was 3hours earlier to their check-in time. I was also given a late checkout & the gentleman that checked me in was simply the best. He had a smile throughout the whole process, he explained to me everything when i was confused about something. Mr. Marlon Foster Double Tree should double your salary because you made my stay worth every penny & me & all my friends & family will be staying @doubletree everytime we come to New york.

Times Square few blocks away only. Easy access to subway station. Nearby have famous delicious bagel shops. Room is not big but comfortable stay. Room cleaning everyday.

Everything was excellent, nothing at all was wrong.

Great location, convenient to the rail stations such as Penn Station, Central location, so everything amenable really impressed and will book again. The hotel was clean and spacious , with good communal areas, lifts clean as well as room corridors. We didn't eat or drink within the hotel, so we can not comment on this aspect of the hotels facilities.

The room was a little small, we were there for a week and storing clothes for 2 people was a bit of a struggle. But what do you expect in NYC space is a premium.

The staff were amazing especially marlin on reception He could not do enough for us he went above and beyond and upgraded our room to two queen beds which made our stay so much more comfortable The security was great always opening the door for us and the guy putting our luggage into storage was so nice

What was going on down below in front of the hotel wasn’t always fun. But to be expected so nothing!

There was nothing i did not like.

All the facilities and staff meet my expectations. The bed was the most comfortable Ive ever had in a hotel so thank you for that. Staff were super helpful and went above and beyond when I asked for a late checkout and if they could hold my luggage as my flight was late at night.

The staff are great. Very helpful, accommodating and understanding. They were very helpful with local suggestions, arranged for a birthday set up in the room which was amazing and lastly they do excellent cookies! I also really enjoyed the view of the rooftop bar at night.
