The breakfast room was very nice each morning. The pool was what our granddaughter loved along with the ducks that live along the riverside. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hot water i think it hotter than it should be. Really think it could burn tender skin. Bed same level of support as lower price motels. Was placed in handicap room, lost some counter space with that in bedroom for suitcase. Our door was just few feet from smoking area, large group was out there till after 11 first night laughing rather loud and early next morning fewer people but so loud they drowned out the tv. Do not suggest rooms about 161 to about 151 as they face that area.

Breakfast is above average. Back parking lot and river is nice. Room is good size.

All the traffic from Rod Run, yet again not the hotels fault. The hotel was great.

We really liked the hotel. Had a river view. Loved the fire pit. We came unknowingly during Rod Run. Would never wish that on anyone. Nothing against the hotel though.

Breakfast was not what we expected. We had stayed there before and I was impressed with the food selection,, However this stay was limited and not very many items to choose from. No danish, bagels, cread cheese, waffles. etc. We had to go somewhere else for breakfast. The kid did not like this food.

Pool was great, kids enjoyed this very much.

Breakfast needs more variety. Eggs are rubbery, appear to be reconstituted Not Fresh Eggs. Only one sausage offered. Biscuits were not always baked though. Thankfully gravy did not have sausage in it, my sister cannot eat pork. Turkey bacon would have been a nice addition. Pastries needed. Only offered white bread for toast. Coffee was good and several options of creamer with milk in the case. Nice selection of juice.

Really enjoyed using the pool, very warm and loved that it is indoor. Outdoor fire pit was nice, made s’mores one night.

Walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations, their every sneezes and coughs. It might have just been our room, which was a connected room and maybe the door/doorway was super thin. Breakfast was crowded, but served our purposes. And if you want additional peace and quiet, I would say request a room that's not right next to the pool. The pool is loud.

Clean modern room, comfortable beds and linens, lots of space, convenient kitchenettes and a dining table in the room. This exceeded my expectations for an EconoLodge. We would stay here again.

When at the pool that night, the floor was dirty with hair everywhere you would walk. I think they need to be mopped every certain time.🤷. The area inside the pool needs to be cleaned. Vents need to be cleaned. ( On the walls).

Smokers dropping ashes on my car when they would throw their cigarettes off the upper levels of the hotel.

The indoor pool room was too hot and stuffy. Only a complaint for the adults. The kids did not care and loved every minute.

The staff was extremely friendly at both check-in and out. Hotel was well maintained and clean. The breakfast, although small, was more than we expected. The riverside was so beautiful and clean.

My experience at the Econo Lodge Pigeon Forge Riverside was very exceptional . I loved everything about it the breakfast, the room. You actually had things you could do if you just wanted to sit and relax.

I had to go have my keys reprogrammed after the first night. Also accidentally left 2 swimsuits in the shower when I checked out, I realized this after leaving and returning home that night. Called the hotel and was told nothing was turned in by the house keeping staff.

Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. Coffee was mediocre. The hot tub wasn’t warm enough but was clean nonetheless. The front desk staff were all friendly.

The cable TV service wasnt coming in good and our bed had broken springs with a big dip in it

The hot breakfast was a big plus! The indoor heated pool was also great but the days we were there we only let the kids swim as the pools were shoulder to shoulder with people
