How this hotel How can there be a hotel like this in the market. This hotel discriminates and belittles you for having a pet, it made me feel that by having a pet (a dog) I could be put in a stinky room that not even my dog ​​could have slept in, filth in the entire room that not even the utility room It could stink more. Room 101 was an insult to me and my dog. I would have liked to take photos but the stench there was so much that I could only run away and I'm still waiting for my refund.

Absolutely everything about it! Lets start with the roaches!!! they were crawling every where, in the room, bathroom and walls!! I was tired of killing them. the bathrooms were super old smelled musty.

The first room was still dirty, with trash still on the floor and some sort of sticky substance all over it. The room smelled awful as well. The location seemed to be in a bad location and the halls reeked of marijuana. There was no security to the building and even though we were moved to a slightly cleaner room, it was still dirty and half of the lights did not work. Overall I believe this hotel should be condemned.

There was nothing I liked about this hotel, except that the staff member moved us to a new room upon request.

Well, let's see which part. The wallpaper in the halls falling off and rolled up. As soon as we walked in the door, the light wouldn't work. There was trash on the floor. The boxes the bed sits in the leaiu of the box spring had dirt, hair, mouse poop, bugs, and who knows what else. The jack and Jill door that led into the next room doorknob wasn't locked, and the deadbolt wouldn't lock. So all the other room had to do was walk through. So safe ....NOT

Absolutely nothing. We couldn't even stay here, and I better not be charged. There was mold mouse poop and who knows what we couldn't see in the room, and that's just the room.

This establishment is the grossest place I've ever stayed in decades of touring as a metal musician, and that's saying a lot. I've slept in anarchist shipping containers in Slovenia, and allegedly haunted bowling alley boiler rooms in small-town Ohio, and those places are $1500/night oil-sheikh penthouses in Dubai compared to this dump.* Our room door had what looked like dents from a pistol-butt pounding on it, and the bathroom door had obviously been kicked in and didn't close-- all it was missing was a lingering crime scene chalk outline of a body on the floor. There was not a single surface in the room that didn't have a stain, dent, peeling strip, cigarette burn, or carved graffiti on it. Our room unfortunately was a smoking room and I didn't have time to change clothes before my flight; when my mom picked me up from the airport, she said "you smell like your late grandmother's upholstery." I think a more accurate thing to say would be I smelled like my late grandmother's remains if they'd been interred in a few decades' worth of her cigarette butts. I am honestly baffled that this hotel is permitted to remain open. Yes, it was the cheapest option in Scranton that offered late check-in, but I wish I'd paid a few extra bucks and stayed elsewhere; if I had, I wouldn't currently be irradiating my luggage. *both those places were actually very nice and clean and hospitable and no shade is intended to their wonderful proprietors lmao

The night clerk on duty at 3am Sunday June 16 was friendly, professional, and helpful. In fact probably the only night clerk I've ever encountered who was in a good mood. When the state of PA shuts this place down for being patient zero of every scabies, ringworm, and bedbug infestation in the northeast, I hope Econolodge gives this nice fella a better job.

everything was horrible i didn't get the room we booked and all we left two days earlier because it sucked. the ac was broken in the room they gave me i asked for a smoke free didn't get that i asked for one bed i got two. i was put on a 2nd floor when asked for a first floor because i'm handicapp. the night employee came out side and pretty much slammed my fiancée's leg in our car door to try to come around to talk to me. about how he didn't have our reservation. Lets not talk about the black mold or the rat poop everywhere..

There was nothing i liked about this place. i'm sorry but i have nothing honestly to say about this place at all. its not worth your time or money.

Bugs and spider webs , floor unclean, said no downstairs rooms although still only 17 cars there at 2 a.m., counter help unpleasant, muffins expiration date for March. Vagrant hanging around yelling at midnight and still there at 5:30. I took pictures of the critters!! They did give us a downstairs room the second night. My husband is handicapped and no elevator!!

Every inch of that place was the most nastiest I've ever been. Wall paper falling off all the halls smelled horrible in the halls and the room. Everything was covered in dirty natty stuff. Once we got in the room it looked like it has never been cleaned mirror was gross shower and curtain was so gross there was dirt all over the floors and tables. She's stained and gross and that was the cleanest thing in there and now my tonsils are killing me we left at 6 am because we couldn't stay any longer in that room. I'm a housekeeper and thats not acceptable to have a room that nastier ll them a poster potty in a music's festival

Door lock not properly fastened, making it a security risk. Main corridor appeared unkempt with bags of trash piled up near hotel room entrance.

The mattress was comfortable, as well as the pillows. The TV was in the room had many good shows and news. The staff was friendly, and the location was away from the highway, which made it conducive for good rest .
