Elevators were a problem at peak times with long waiting times, breakfast area too small to cater for everyone, long wait for tables ofter people took food to their rooms or eat in reception. More USB sockets in the rooms as standard. Furniture a little dated and the floors were sticky.

I booked this property after my original booking got messed up through booking.com. I had to change rooms immediately as my first bathroom was horrible. The hotel rooms also smelled damp. It was not enjoyable.

We'd specifically asked for adjoining rooms, and despite booking well in advance, did not get the desired option. The staff at the check in were unhelpful with the exception of the first person who checked us in (don't remember her name though) The really bad thing about this hotel is the limited number of elevators given the number of floors. Getting up (or down) specially in the mornings was impossible. On the day we checked out, we waited for a good 20+ minutes and ended up having to take the stairs and walk down 9 floors while lugging our suitcases

The location is the main value for this property. It's also a relatively new property and so all the rooms are bright and fresh. The kitchen was well equipped. The rooms were a tad small, but I suppose its typical for places in this neighborhood. The breakfast was good, but nothing special

The elevators didn't work one day had to go down twenty nine flyers of stairs. The eggs were bad.

It was a great place to stay. Close to everything. We had a great time.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Checked in, went up to our room to find the sink stuck on running and shower not working, had to stay in that room over night and said we would be moved in the morning. Engineer moved us out of the room at 10am the next morning and told us we would have a new room. Reception told us we couldn’t get a room until 1pm so we came back and then it changed to 3pm. Absolutely disgusting to be kicked out of a room we paid for and we were unable to shower or use any toilets, only got a $100 compensation on a $500 room that we stayed in for about 6 hours?? Plus all the other reviews are correct about the elevators, you are left waiting for 10 minutes just for it to be full! This was our 6th accomodation on our trip and have never had such a bad experience or customer service

Unclean floor. We asked to clean the floor a several time on our first day and lady at reception (to be honest she wasn’t much friendly) assure me that someone will come for that purpose but no one showed up. Only day after. Homeless drug addicted people on that street you can see constantly, in case if you sensitive to this. And take in mid that if you want a nice view book an upper floor.

Room with kitchenette with dishwasher. It’s in the city center, there is a nice rooftop view, gym and breakfast provided. They also have a luggage storage which is very useful!

The housekeeping was awful 😖 They only clean rooms every other day..Even when I requested my room to be clean, after going out for several hours; came back into the room, it still had Not been touched...Had no telephone in my room. O had to call the front desk and housekeeping from my cell phone...The advertisement of the hotel, is not true.The beds were so uncomfortable.Looked like they were bored down into the floor....Asked for blankets for the beds I was only given 1 blanket for 2 beds...The hotel, was more like a Motel...The staff serving happy hour..Wore the same glove to clean the tables and pour the drinks 🍸 as well as replacing the snacks...Cross Comtanatamion....This was the worse hotel that I have ever stayed in..

Lighting was not available inside apartment. Bed was very shrap and unsafe for kids. I got injured Due to sharp edge of the Bed-Frame.

My only qualm would be you have a little bit of a wait to get down the elevator in the busy times but not the hotels fault and the stairs are short so we just took them if there was a bit of a wait

The rooms we’re comfortable, staff were super friendly, location is amazing but the best part was the free breakfast and happy hour! The breakfast wasn’t just continental which is what we were expecting, you had different style of eggs, hash browns, bacon sausages every day! Then they give out FREE wine, beer and snacks like cheese and meat in the early evenings we couldn’t believe it!! Best hotel experience and not that expensive!
