These are not any issues that would keep me from recommending this very nice super convenient property…. just the things that gave me pause. The lobby and public spaces are very nice, modern and clean, but the front desk is just 3 register stands on wheels? I thought it was just a place to pay for snacks from the sundries shop!! It needs to be a desk, or something official looking? (again staff was great though) … The lighting in the rooms are dim and dark. If you don’t have the curtains wide open in daylight… it is gloomy (or romantic I guess if you are looking for mood lighting). The only other thing was there are table top sized ironing boards in the room. Fine for our casual trip- but if I had been there on business and needed to press anything, I would have been very frustrated.

Staff were friendly, accommodating and had excellent customer service. Front desk was attentive to everyone within eyesight, the breakfast staff were quick, kept tables clear & the 2 chefs cooking made to order omelettes were fantastic! (be nice to them… you need to keep them) The gym was very well appointed with even a peloton and free login for spin class, the fire pit was a nice touch and the pool looked so good… just not enough time. The laundry was clean and easy to get coins and detergent at front desk. The Room was much more spacious than expected and beds were comfy. having a makeup mirror was a nice touch. loved having a garage for parking and easy access via the elevators.

Being able to order food earlier than 5 pm but they are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store walking distance.

Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, great rooms, and the free snacks & drinks from 5 pm to 6.30 pm was a nice surprise! rooms have a fridge and microwave which is life-saving traveling with my 18 month old.

Breakfast was wonderful! Cook to order eggs delivered to your table! Huge selection, from omelets, bacon, pastries and fresh hot waffles. Even the coffee was great!

The air conditioning/heating was quite loud and the sliding bathroom door really doesn’t create a sense of privacy.

The staff was really friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. Parking was convenient and below ground with access to the hotel via elevator. Nice view out of our room.

Pillows in room smelled funky. It was as though someone who had not showed in some time had slept on them. The bedroom smelled of the same funky smell too.

I love the location, breakfast, and general layout of this hotel. It is just incredibly expensive to stay in Boulder, even for a few days. We come often because my daughter goes to college at CU - so I love coming "home" to this hotel - just have to get past the cost. :)

I at first thought the position of the TV from the bed and couch was awkward but when we watch is from the bed or the couch, we did not have any complaints.

I thought the breakfast that was included with the room was one of the best we have ever had. The view from the room was super. The room and bed were very comfortable.
