Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThere is no parking anywhere. Street parking is the only one available, but good luck finding a spot. We had to park in a parking garage in the busy part and get a lyft to the apartment. Plus, they only provide 2 disposable towels

United States- Main gripe was the mattress in my room wasn't very comfortable, sagging in places - Bathroom mat in front of the shower on 2F might need changing, felt moldy and filthy - On weekends, the neighbors have loud parties in the backyard sometimes so it can be hard to sleep before 1AM
- Location very short walk to Fells Point and only about 2.5 miles from Penn station - Great restaurants (Peter's Inn, Charmed Kitchen), Breweries (Ministry of Brewing) nearby - Balcony facing the mostly quiet backyard was great for relaxing - Bathrooms were mostly clean - Disposable bath towels provided, 1x for each night - Closet space available - AC worked well - TV in the room with several major streaming services available (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.)

United KingdomThe room needs a spot to hang a coat/towel, and there should be a towel rack closer to the shower. The TV remote looked like it was never cleaned which was surprising since the place seemed clean overall. Could hear people downstairs in the kitchen very clearly.
The location was great. Most attractions in the city center were within a 10-20 minute walk or a cheap cab ride. The bathrooms were always kept clean.

United StatesThis was set up like a hostel. Our understanding was this was a deluxe king suite with a bathroom and sitting area. It was a room in a house, with a door lock that did not work. It was an uncomfortable king size bed, with a tv on a very shaky table, with a chair. There were disposable bath towels in packages laying on the bed. The bathroom appeared to be shared by numerous visitors, there appeared to be at least 6 different rooms rented out using the same bathroom. Things did not appear to be clean. Due to dirty corners, shower etc.
This was not at all what we expected.

BrazilThis was not what we were expecting, it was diferent from the pics. The bed was really bad, a terríble night, we could hear absolutely everything from the bedroom besides us, even the steps. It wasnt very clean and had a weird smell. The towels were dispoasable. I had a difficult oppening the door and the manager was very rude. Doesnt worth the price, dont recomend this Place to nobody
