The crew that work there are very nice I liked I did not like because they charged me an extra 20 dollars

The breakfast was OK. The matter that I did not like was that they charge me for late check inn, no matter that when I booked I told them that I late, because I was traveling at that point and they did not say anything about.

It was very hot in Eugene when I arrived. And the rooms weren't air conditioned (I'd paid extra for one with air via the bookings app). The rooms were stiflingly hot even well into the early morning. This is my only issue with the place. Otherwise I'd definitely stay again!

Amazing staff and very friendly. Back area was inviting and the hammock was moreso. Breakfast offerings were perfect. Rooms were good sized and not too many bunks that it crowded it out.

The showers were e not good and one was not working. I liked the fac that there was a free breakfast, but I wish the breakfast was prepared for us.

I liked that the hostel was in a neighborhood. Also close to a store and local restaurants. It was quiet for the most part. Also everything was in walking distance.

It would be great to have a nightstand next to the bed and some way to charge things in the room. I had to unplug the AC and the floor lamp to charge both my phone and hearing aids in the closet.

Loved the vibe of the place! Friendly staff, lovely porch to hang out in.

Unfortunately the other guests were quite difficult. One guy in my room had dreadful personal hygiene and was very messy; another older guy kept telling everyone that he had some sort of cough/virus...while coughing all over us all night. Neither of these two were the hostel's fault, of course, but made the nights pretty uncomfortable. I would've loved some body wash in the showers, since that's something that many guests can't bring if they're flying. I had to resort to hand soap which is...not ideal.

Staff were super lovely; common spaces were very clean and perfect for spending some time working; kitchen well-equipped and with plenty of basic staples (beans, rice, coffee, pancake mix, etc.). Lovely, friendly place in an eclectic and interesting neighbourhood. I was there in early April; I could tell that all the local gardens were about to erupt in spring flowers, and I enjoyed all the local independent cafes, breweries, etc.

When I called they were less than transparent and blamed Booking.com which made the reservation. So I would be very careful booking this hostel through booking.com.

In hot weather, you need to open the windows in two areas, leave the doors open and run a portable fan. There is no A/C. I have no idea about how heat is conveyed in the winter.

Very reasonably priced for being on a budget. The bunk beds had excellent mattresses and were comfortable. Bathroom had a good shower with good pressure. Breakfast is DIY where you help yourself to eggs and bread to cook for yourself and clean your pots/pans, plates, cups and silverware. All worked very well! Everyone who worked there was friendly and very helpful! I would definitely stay there again. A very nice experience!!

Private room is only accessible through the dorm room. This isn’t terrible, but it’s hard not to disturb the guests in the dorm room whenever you enter or exit.

lovely, friendly hostel in a nice neighborhood in Eugene. Wine bar on the corner and a good grocery store 3 blocks away. Great staff, fabulous music room with guitars to play! ample street parking.

Nothing it was fine.

I didn't eat breakfast there was kind of confused on how to get breakfast really being that it was more of a house setting and there weren't any available staff around aside from in the house across the street.
