Room was a little dirty; food remains in corners, bathroom floor had build up of dirt along the wall, sheets had stains on them. Property was a bit run down. Staff was very friendly. Would be nice if there was some sort of coffee maker in the room

The cleanliness was the main problem. Towels and washcloths were dirty and I saw a roach coming out of the bathroom wall. You get what you pay for I guess! But as far as for me and my wife...NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

The strip that we were on had everything on as far as restaurants and stores.

We stopped here March 29, 2025. The hotel was not as advertised. There is no lobby, simply a window with protective glass to keep the only employee safe. When my husband and I checked in and drove around the building there was homeless man picking food and garbage out of it. We saw a man with a gun. We left immediately, returned the key, never went into the room. It was very unsafe. I emailed the company right away to share our concerns and request a full refund. I received a reply that they would provide a full refund. As of April 17 I am still in discussion with Booking.com to secure my refund.

Had 2 wash rags each that looked like a jail house grease rag out of 7 days used the room. Couldn't get an itemized receipt. Couldn't get money back for checking out a day early. Didn't have a microwave . Dirty overall.

I was first given a SMOKEY,STINK smelling room I'm not a smoker I NEVER book smoking EVER!!! Yes they changed my room only forgive me one where the refrigerator did not work my food went bad the only thing I asked of them if they would replace my food? That caused an argument.My food did not get replaced.The volume on the television went out for the ENTIRE night I was never able to reach anyone in the office the entire night. Manager sent someone up there after 10:00 a.m. to repair the refrigerator and also the volume on the television.Those towels and wash clothes needs to go in the TRASH! THEY ARE ONLY SUITABLE TO USE FOR RUGS.Those people will ALWAYS find a way NOT to compensate you.

How rude the staff is. They will go in your room when you aren't there. They don't have a working washer/dryer. There is always at some point in the evening when no one is working in the office. If you're black especially don't stay here because they don't like you.

Bug in bathroom - dead but on floor. TV didn’t work at all When we went right back down to checking to ask if they could help, they had all ready lock up and gone. No tissues in tissue holder.

There was nothing deluxe about the "deluxe" room. The towels are really small. The cleaning lady asked for our sheets while we were trying to pack up and leave. She came around the 9:30-10a hour and check out is 11a. There is no coffee machine in the rooms nor a hair dryer or iron as advertised. The room was small for the title "deluxe" and the price we paid. We won't be booking here again. And we come to the area once a month. We will be keeping our stays with comfort inn and suites up the road. I can pay $65 for the entire night for a much bigger room and breakfast the next morning with all the amenities they advertise.

The bed was comfortable and the children seemed to have slept great on the sofa bed.

Bugs in the bathroom, the toilet doesn't fill back up after flushing. I was afraid to use the shower of sink. Definitely should have stayed somewhere else. Not worth the money.
