We had a last-minute change of plan due to the weather condition at that time. Hence, we had to look for a place to stay in Bismarck, ND. EverSpring Inn & Suites readily accommodated us! CLEANLINESS: the room is clean! One thing I did not like is a distinct smell upon entering the room. It smells like cleaning stuff type of smell. I brought with me a portable diffuser so that solved the problem easily. Other than that, the cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations! The first hotel we stopped (for this road trip) where I felt re-assured the washroom is cleaned! :) ROOM: pet-friendly and generous size. my two pooches enjoyed their sleep! The bed is very comfortable as well. CUSTOMER SERVICE: very welcoming and friendly staff upon arrival and departure. They made check-in and check-out process very stress-free. Also, they have accommodated my request for late check-out. LOCATION: close to amenities nearby. VALUE: Cheaper than most high-end hotels but you get the same experience! BREAKFAST: good choices with great quality food. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who are visiting Bismarck, ND.

Both mornings I went down for breakfast in a very busy hotel with National Guard members in town for a maneuvers, multiple breakfast items were empty. The three different tables I sat at rocked so badly beverages spilled when someone got up or moved. I could hear rooms around us and conversations in the hallway. It looked suspiciously like mold growing on the bathroom exhaust fins. Which isn't surprising considering there's no exhaust fan, not even a switch for one. The cable offerings were disappointing, I get more channels on my basic package with the same cable provider! The device charger attached to the room didn't work so we had to take turns plugging our phones into the one wall socket. Not bad unless there's clearly visible charging outlets that don't work. It's like they were taunting us by with holding the charge we needed. Requests to staff were finally meet with "well we are hiring if you'd like a part time job."

Plenty of hot water, the location, and the elevator. The full length mirror was nice and the bed was comfortable. The young woman who checked us in around 9pm was very pleasant both days we were there and greeted us with familiarity the next evening when we were coming and going from the building. She didn't remember our names but that's acceptable, her greetings were sincere.

Front desk staff was snarky. Was told not to park or go out rear hotel door due to safety concerns. There was trash in the bathroom trash can and towel on the floor. Weird red stains on ceiling and door.

The room was very dirty, bugs and spiders everywhere. The room had an wrinkle odor had to have front desk bring some air freshener, shower seat was moldy along with shower curtain, carpet was VERY DIRTY! Definitely needs a good cleaning and remodel!

I took my son on a vacation through ND, SD, WY and MT. What I did not like was leaving 50ish degree weather in ND and flying to 90+ degree weather in Orlando.... It was all good.....

Excellent staff. They worked with me so the shuttle met me after dropping the rental car at the airport then also had a time to shuttle us to the air port first thing the next morning to catch our flight home. This was a great ending to a great 2 week vacation. Thank to them all.

Our shower was clogged and took a day to get service to fix it.

we paid for a deluxe king room and it says they are pet friendly when we got there they would only give us a queen bed because we had a dog
