The wifi and cable was out most of the time. No laundry on site, no ice machine on site. The second night cost more because the mngmt had me book it online bc their internet was down so it cost more.

I liked that it was easy to get to my job. I liked that when I paid in early morning I got a slightly lower price.

Shower was not draining properly and Microwave got short circuit and burned when we tried to use it. Bed is rolling away from the headboard, even the rolling wheels are locked.

The mattress was collapsed and sunk in the middle. It was like us trying to sleep in a "taco". Horrible.

The room was not serviced. The microwave had no plate, the toilet didn’t flush, the room had no blankets, the furnishings were falling apart. The ironing board was broken and didn’t open up but the iron was in good condition. There were roaches 🪳 crawling all over the place and the room was not entered to be serviced. I had to beg for towels to which the front desk personnel said there were no towels. I received towels after midnight. The room’s garbage was not emptied the entire time I was there. The room reeked of cigarettes and the carpet was filthy, but it was clear the rug had been vacuumed. The refrigerator was clean and worked well. I had to use the garbage pail to flush the toilet even when. I urine. It’s not worth the money. It’s obvious most of the occupants lives there so these rooms are not healthy to stay in. There were too many issues.

I liked the location. It is near everything. Therefore I didn’t have far to drive.

There were holes and patches in the room. A dresser was sitting in the middle of the room. Lights flickered and made noise and the bed had dips all over.

The staff were friendly asks knowledgeable.

The wall, shower, and floor in the bathroom were patched up terribly. Looks like someone did damage to the room, and they fixed it up, but the patching was done at the minimum standards. It made me worry they would take my deposit because of how bad it was. Lots of couples in other rooms fighting and one day the Drug Enforcement agents came to raid someone staying there.

The bed was comfortable. TV selection was nice cool air in the room. Location was convenient to be able to shop for food.

The room was smelly and did not feel clean. Carpet dirty, stained and burns on furniture and bathroom floor filthy. Not many towels or plugs in room, not pet friendly grounds - no place to walk them. Lots of loud music and people outside. Can't park by your room so get ready to hike it with your stuff. Staff rude and seem very lazy.

The front desk personnel was smoking while assisting me to check in and conversations with the kids on the phone during the check in. More, she charged me, not checking if already paid full , not asking anything. The front office smelled smoky and some odor.

The location was accessible to the highway and nearby to some restaurants

Desk clerk when we checked on was friendly and up beat check in went quickly. Room had a cleaning supply smell but it cleared quickly. Check out was very time consuming as the desk clerk could be seen at computer using the internet in an office to the side counter. She looked at me once and continued with what she was doing when she did come out she said sorry I thought you were the lady I just checked in. This is the second Extend A Suite location we have use with some type of issues. We will not be using them again.

They don’t take cash app cards or anything like that. But this is not known ahead of time. There are no signs posted. They nickel and dime you for everything they can. The staff is rude and unprofessional.

Property was not in the best location. Didn’t feel safe at night when sleeping. Pool is out of service. Cigarette burns on the bed blankets. And 2 small pillows for a king size bed.

Carpet was stained, looked like someone had been stabbed and they never cleaned it up. Few outlets didn't work/ had tape covering them. A couple of the outlets came out of the wall when I unplugged my stuff to leave.
