Amenities were lacking, had to ask for additional toilet paper, towels, soap in the soap dispenser. TV did not work, remote did not have batteries. Inconvenient to say the least.

The room had a kitchen with bare BARE minimum. Half broken pot and mostly empty cabinets. The pool was dirty and bugs seemed to be never scooped. The outdoor shower and the jaccuzzi didn't work. The place needs a little love and care.

It was overall a great stay. The neighborhood despite being a bit far from downtown was really cute. The hotel was clean and cute. The staff was really nice and the price was better than surrounding hotels. The room was large. The shower worked great. The bed was comfortable. The pool beds were awsome.

Had trouble with the TV turned out. It was unplugged. Batteries need to be replaced in remotes room didn’t seem very clean. Trash was left out back on patio.rooms need full length mirrors.

I couldn’t shut the blinds to the room. They were a magnetic closure that didn’t work.

The pool table felt was falling apart, the two bedroom half house has a window facing into their supply room. Which they placed a black plastic bag on the window to block the view in (yet slightly see through)

The location was prime. 5 mins via Uber to downtown and the casino. The value for the price was amazing. Also the beds were super comfy. The facilities have a nice pool and pool table to play with yet in rough shape

Self check-in is weird but easy enough. Shower sprayed and leaked everywhere. Temperature was so fussy. We basically froze while we showered. Had to run a little portable heater all night to keep warm.

Comfortable bed - like very comfortable. Cute place, even in winter. Roomy. Better for a longer stay, I’d think.

i clean my room when i left and they charged of my deposit a fee because i bring my cat with me and my cat is emotional support ( they can’t charged but they did) this is one hotel i never want to came back

The strong smell of bleach and cleaning products inside the room. The bedding had such a strong smell it was difficult to sleep in. I did have to spray with a strong room spray and even then the smell was still there.

I wasn't told about the daily resort fee until check in. Also not having someone at front desk made it more difficult to check in and allowed for street urchins coming in. They fought, and went thru the hotel trash outside. All 3 of them were staying there. I recommend for them not to rent to locals to prevent this. Also we only had 2 regular towels and 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 days. They should have stocked plenty items for our long stay ahead of time as we are either busy or relaxing and shouldn't have to deal with that. Also no plug for tub to take a bath.

Very comfortable cal king pillow top bed was amazing. Kitchenette was helpful. Lots of apps and channels for relax time. Extra hot pool was amazing and hot tub was alright could use more jets. Cabanas were comfortable. Loved the citrus trees and grounds. Like that it was adult only and private.

Guests were in the hot tub from 2:00 a.m. until 6 a.m., making loud conversations that prevented me from sleeping. No housekeeping was provided, and the towels were small. No bath towels were ever provided during my stay. Internet service was intermittent.

There was no food service provided. The location was good.

Hmmm…I stayed several nights. One night I booked directly with the property. Each night had a different slew of people which came with a different vibe.

It was in a great location and most of the check in process is done online. So if ur not trying to be Checked in physically by a person, this is the spot!
