We were looking for a place were we could chill at the pool after visiting al the national parks. float palm springs offered all of this.

My only concern is that the closest coffee shop is a 10 minute walk away because the area is very residential.

the bed sheets were stained, the kitchen and bathroom are so dated and in need of refurbishment. the WiFi is awful - cuts out every minute or so.

The bed was big and comfortable. the studio was spacious.

limited front parking; and at the time of our arrival it was night hours and the street and exterior entrance were dark with no street lights; however plenty of street parking.

The ceiling fan/light was not working. Bathroom configuration is a bit tight on space, but serviceable. No stopper in bathroom sink.

Great location away from traffic, close to everything. Fabulous outdoor area with pool, cabanas, bbq, outdoor dining area, pool table, lots of seating. This would be a great location for a group stay. Very cute and spacious rooms with high ceilings, french doors, lots of light, and well stocked kitchenettes with fridge, microwave and stove, mini seating area for eating. I stayed in room 12 at the end. Self check in was easy. Security lights in parking area. Very sweet resident cat. Didn't use the pool but it looked inviting.

The supply tank on the toilet leaked and the wall heater was not functioning. But the standalone heater was replaced once staff knew that it was broken

Kitchen has a gas stove/ range, new microwave, fridge/freezer, drip coffee maker, toaster and table /stools for 2 with 2 plates 2 bowls 2 glasses 2 mugs a few pots and plastic bowls. There were 2 eating utensils of each type and various serving utensils and one cutting knife. No condiments except one pouch of coffee for the machine. They could add a few more dishes.

People were being too loud near our room in the morning and housekeeping came 30 minutes before we even had to check out and when we told them we were staying longer they even came a second time.

During our stay, the pool heater was out, resulting in super cold pool water. However, the Float staff allowed all occupants to utilize the pool next door at their sister property, which resolved our only issue. Fear not, though, as we were told the pool heater would be replaced soon.

The property was immaculate and well-maintained. The room was comfortably updated with all the essentials: a large king-sized bed, decent size television, and a full functioning kitchen.

Outdated cheaper furniture showing its wear. The bathroom vanity is too large and the toilet is positioned in a way that you basically have to sit crooked on the toilet. Would be nice to have plug ins next to the bed. This property is a real gem if there was just a bit more attention to the wear and tear in the room.

Only stayed a night. Room was very spacious with kitchenette and area a back private area to sit out at with a table along with front sitting area. Tons of areas to lounge and enjoy the flowers and sun. Bed was very comfortable, TV allowed streaming services which was great. Bright fun colorful outdoor spaces.

The listing is deceptive, there's no casino there's no real office it's hardly ever open. When you make a reservation at the last minute like we did you haven't got a email how to check in with the codes to get in the gate and in your room. There's a phone number by the entry gate they say you can text and get a response within an hour. Lucky for me somebody staying there come along and I got inside and he told me to try calling the number and sure enough somebody answered and came and showed me to my room and gave me the code. The TV was worthless, from across the large room the size of a postage stamp. Just streaming. Missing remote. We didn't care. The Wi-Fi was okay and we kept entertained, We liked it and would use it again. You just need to understand this isn't a regular motel. It's set up more like a long-term rental. It was clean it was quiet, it was roomy, it was an excellent value.

This is really a studio apartment with a full kitchen, full size stove refrigerator and microwave.. There is a courtyard with a pool barbecue pool table lot of seating.
