Staff was nowhere to be found, and when you did find someone, they had attitudes and acted like they were doing me a favor. The breakfast was horrible and again when I asked a staff member about it they had an attitude.

Smelled like weed main lobby. Would not check me out a day earlier. Said they wait until my original check out date then send a receipt. Also would not allow me to use my corporate rate. Will Never stay at this hotel again.!!!!!!!

We set the climate control off to sleep. But there was an AC blowing cold air all night, making A LOT of noise. We couldn’t turn it off. Very unpleasant. When we checked in, they told us that breakfast was served until 10am, and when we went to the cafeteria next morning at 9:35, they said breakfast was over at 9:30.

The mattress was comfortable but the pillows(2) had so little down in them that my head went right down to the mattress and I woke up with a bad headache. Housekeeping left an opened package of liverwurst in the refrigerator. I will not be returning to this hotel or brand.

There was no breakfast that was included in the cost of the room which was about double what we usually pay.

There were some stains on bathroom walls, entrance walls to room, and the carpet in the room had a brown stain and felt dingy. The overall room was comfortable and large, but the AC made a consistent humming/ rattling sound, even after turning it off. Made it difficult to rest soundly. The bar staff was excellent, but the food quality should be updated to a more contemporary cuisine (the chicken sandwich with fries I ordered tasted like high school cafeteria food. The food was microwaved and prepackaged - nothing was made fresh). I had to finish a project in my room so I had very little time to seek other options - I should have.

The gym had updated equipment, excellent free weights/kettle bells, and stretching area. The overall facility was clean. It was nice to have a bar that offered food and great wine and beer right downstairs (made it easy to choose over the fast food places right outside. The staff was attentive and kind.

The Manager was not costumer sentric and refused to come out to deal with an over charge issue. The per night righ was not what we contracted for. Aa such you all need to remember me for the excess changes on my card. Secondly, breakfast was not free as advertised on your site. Thats a fundamental misrepresentation. And you all can be sued on thst. You all messed with a bunch of lawyers who were in town doing the New York Bar Exam, just not cool.

The quality oh the service has been degrading over the years. I have been in this hotel a few times before , during and after pandemic restrictions mostly due to the location. The stuff has becoming sloppier and sloppier. The hotel does not deserve to be rated as a 3 star hotel. If you are staying overnight then it is a place to be… if you are staying more then that and will require interaction with the front desk - I would consider other place to stay. Example. I had asked 4 times - 4 times for the room to be cleaned… There are other details like waiting for the front desk person to get off the phone for beyond reasonable time.. not having towels in the pool… not refilling the coffee cups in the room after finally cleaning and other little things .

My wife and I were quite concerned that young women staff were left alone in the hotel overnight. Poor and dangerous staffing choices made by upper management. I realize hiring is difficult but leaving people in potentially dangerous situations is never a good choice.

The room was comfortable and clean. The desk manager Kayla provided excellent service.

We were kept up all night and were promised enough points to compensate 2 free nights. Not only did I have to call and ask for them a month later I still did not receive enough points. They did not even give me enough points to stay half a night!
