Room layout and amenities are nice but the room was not as clean as I like. Soap residue in shower, dirt under table, and light burned out Bartender was super friendly and attentive.

I booked my room with breakfast included, which showed up on my paperwork but not on the email the hotel received from Booking.com. The hotel staff was kind enough to believe that this is what I booked and I did show them my receipt from Booking.com so it was corroborated but it should have showed up in their system in the first place.

Actually a bit disappointed with booking.com. The room was $27 higher than posted, and breakfast was NOT included(an additional $14.99).

The bed was comfy and the staff were friendly. Accommodations were very quiet. Also met my request!

The hotel was clean, had good coffee in the room. The bed was very comfortable. Great location. I checked out approximately 15 hotels before booking this one. Four Points Sheraton had by far the best reviews of the hotels I looked at. I loved the room for its cleanliness and comfort. The desk clerk was so friendly and helpful. She is definitely an asset to your hotel. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The $10 charge for a breakfast that comes free with most other hotels was disappointing. We stayed a week and the towels and linens were not changed once.

Location was convenient. AC was cold. Bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure was very strong.

Hot tub was broken again and the shower door had dried on shampoo on it! The ice machine on the lobby floor was broken and leaked all over the hallway near the elevators. The parking lot was not plowed and you had to climb over snow ridges to get into the hotel. They also charged my credit card for the stay as I departed and it was a prepaid room reserved and paid for 13 days before arrival. Now I have to go through my credit card company and file fraud charges to get my money back. They have also withheld the $50 incidental fee and have not credited back to my account.

The bar was closed. We booked this hotel for the bar. In fact, we will never book another night there. We had to leave the property with an Uber to bring us to a bar and then pick us up. We could have booked another night with what we spent on an Uber. We should have received something for the bar being closed. Never again..

The hotel looks exactly like the pictures! I’m picky when it comes to cleanliness and I have nothing bad to say about this place. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location there was a lot of options around for dinning and shopping. There was a shopping mall two minutes away.

Extremely quiet. Very comfortable. Lilly was very helpful and kind. Loved the room, esp the bench beneath the TV…nice to sit on and also to put our bags on. Big TV. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. Nice strong shower spray.

Room key didn’t work when we arrived. The pool room was small and flooded; water surrounding the pool area was ankle deep. Water levels in both pools were down. Coffee at the breakfast buffet was luke warm
