Sheets smelled like curry & sweat. Do you use detergent?!?!

The Friendly and accommodating staff make up for the lack of hygiene this hotel has. When I complained, it’s like they were expecting it. So they tossed in a few towels & water bottles. They helped make it better, but it’s just a gross hotel. It’s absolutely filthy, old, and was extremely uncomfortable. Dusty and my allergies were worse. Had a hard time sleeping… The toilet didn’t flush, it was horrible.

Do not stay here if you need quiet to sleep. The hotel is directly over a large and noisy freeway and it is loud all night and all day. You will need earplugs to sleep.

The Manager was unprofessional none of the staffs seemed to be educated on a guest booking through a third party and kept stating their policy instead and tried to over charge and send the guest I booked for away and then tried to charge for a no show when he did indeed showed up.They also authorized the new amount without my authorization and did not speak to me first. A lot of unprofessional stuff went on and my rights felt broken.

The room was very noisy since the window overlooks the highway, so I couldn't sleep well. Secondly, we were flooded and some of my stuff got wet. I didn't intend to complain first, but when I left I got shocked they charged me 100$ for damaged bedding. I had chosen the hotel because it was the host hotel of the Worlds Natural Bodybuilding Championship and I was taking part in it. I was tanned and stained the towels with my tan a bit, but such stains are easily removable while washing. I don't agree I damaged the bedding there. If the hotel agreed to be the host hotel of such an event, they should have been ready for athletes covered with tan. All of the above ruined my overall experience.

The noise of the traffic/trains etc was horrendous - kept us awake most nights - all night. They obviously know this is an issue as they have a white noise switch to try to supposedly help - I have no idea why all it does is make more noise!

The size of the room was OK however wardrobe space was ridiculously small

There were so very loud guests who yelled and screamed in the hallways for hours. Drunken bellowing. Management was unable to quiet them so WE ended up having to switch rooms!! Very inconvenient. Also it was a cold night and it was annoying to have to switch rooms and wait for the new one to warm up.

Convenient to the highway but perhaps too much so. Noisy traffic could be heard everywhere in the hotel.

Didn’t like the smell of the place specially the elevators! The services were not good I had to suffer as a foreigner to find laundry, the staff were not helpful in that matter.

The smell of the room was awful. I know the heat had been just turned on but it should have been aired out before allowing anyone to stay in the room.

The hotel was far 11 Km from the city center The rooms towards the highway was very noisy The severces around the hotel almost not present The hotel charged me for one day not attended .though I informed them 3 days before my arrival.

Unfortunately, the noise from the Mass Turnpike, located directly beneath the hotel, was intense. Even though I knew about this from reviews, I didn’t expect it to be as disruptive as it was – even on the 8th floor, the traffic noise woke me up multiple times. Additionally, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable, and the AC wasn’t working properly, leaving the room quite cold during my first few nights. I also requested extra coffee pods, but only decaf was available. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location and amenities, but the noise and comfort issues were significant drawbacks for me.

I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Boston Newton and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is convenient – just a 20-25 minute bus ride to downtown Boston, with a bus stop nearby. The room was spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the lobby bar. Breakfast was decent, though quite expensive, and could definitely use a bit more variety.

I doubt that the hotel was fully booked and to allow a senior citizen couple in a room that was over the highway with exorbitant noise all night long is inexcusable

NOISE during the night was exhausting. the traffic on the highway below kept us up all night!! sounding like a train coming through the room in some cases. other times the trucks and noise was overwhelming. We were for my nephew's surgery. Couldn't deal with it

Since the hotel straddles the Mass Pike, and a train line it is extremely noisy. Our room on the third floor was close to the highway and rail line. We had previously stayed at this location and had a room on a higher floor which was less noisy.

In the evening I noticed that the different teas were gone, I like drinking tea at nite, glad I had tea in my room, which was a courtesy from the hotel!

Easy to find and having the coffee machine and hot water for tea made it very convenient not interrupting people who were eating.

Room very dark and needs more lights..wake-up call never came..shower soap and shampoo on back wall and no grab bar at that end of the shower so feel unsafe standing there with nothing to hold onto...
