We arrived after a 15 hour journey from our home in Germany. We were there for a good night's sleep. At 3 AM an alarm sound went off from our room phone. No one else we stirring so we assumed it was a false alarm. Same at 4 AM and again at 4:30. Not a good night's sleep!! I expected at least an apology or at better still some compensation. NOPE! They took no responsibility for the disturbance. Said it must have been from the outside. It's their phone system and their responsibility. Their lack of responsibility and their denial is inexcusable customer service! I would never stay there again!

One of the worst restaurants I’ve been in at a hotel. Expensive for food I wouldn’t eat for free, unless I was starving, and I was.

The hotel was dirty . I stayed 9 days and they only clean the room once and i had to go to the front desk to get it done. I had to go to front desk every night to get clean towels. They didn't tell me I would have to pay for parking until i got there. The whole experience was nothing that you would think to expect from Sheraton chain . There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room . You get that even in motel 6 and cheap places but you also get turn down service and clean towels daily.

The hotel needs an upgrade and some serious deep cleaning

Shuttle was regular and true to time. The hotel is in need of serious updates and the communal areas need a deep clean. 7th floor hall carpet dirty, elevators dirty and the restaurant not open for breakfast on a sunday morning.

The shower head was moldy and as soon as you turned the shower on the tub started getting sudsy, so I'm assuming they didn't clean it well either. I also didn't realize that it was 15 a day to park.

The room was not very clean. Pictures hanging on the wall has some kind of splatter on them and there were a few hair strands stuck on the walls. There was water damage. There was also a balcony door that was locked "for your protection". No fridge or microwave in the room. No room service as advertised. The pool area was dirty and disappointing. The bar/restaurant closed at 10 and didn't open on Sunday.

Everything, the staff was UNPOLITE and very arrogant when you wanted something. The bus to the airport and from the airport was not driving according the plan and schedule from the hotel so it sometimes missed without explanation! My bed was smelling like urine and when I said that they came, they changed the blankets but it still was smelly, the room was NOT clean, hairs everywhere and when you wanted to clean it you had to ASK at reception.

The hotel is very close to the airport, thats the only positive thing.
