I have no complaints at all.

The staff was very nice and attentive. They gave us a late check out because we had been traveling a lot and needed to rest up. Just very nice and helpful. The parking garage was great as well. Very convenient no matter what floor you are on you can park on your level with easy access to your room.

My Husband and I stayed at the "Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach" from January 9 to the 21st 2023. We have traveled to many places, even staying in Cocoa Beach before, but we have never had such amazing service as the people who work at "Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach". They were so friendly, and ready to help us any way they could. We were treated as family not as just a guest. They made our trip special. We have told as many of our Family and Friends what a great experience we had, and will be booking a room there for our next trip to Cocoa Beach. They are located so you don't need a vehicle to get around everything you need is close by. Thank you "Four Points Sheraton Cocoa Beach" for such a wonderful and comfortable trip!!

The rooms are so old and worn. No view pool looks like a prison cell and immediately requested to leave in the immediately gave us back our weeks stay without any issue that was about the only thing I did like about four points Sheraton.I’m

nothing rooms are disgusting me I need a makeover. The pool look like it was in a prison wall and we were only in the hotel for 20 minutes and we immediately requested a refund and checked out. They totally Photoshop the pictures on the website the hotel looks absolutely nothing like the pictures I am booking.

Dont like when you get a total price on your room and you get there and its 100 more for parking. If you gotta charge parking include it in the nightly fee or add it to the price when somebody wants a total price include it don't wait til you arrive and say oh by the way these two rooms cost you a 100 for parking.

they said they upgraded us and we asked for city view and got view of where they sale merchandise but that wasn’t the problem the room they put us in had bed bugs but they did give us another room and i did not see any in it

The Staff - everyone was incredibly friendly, super helpful and by far the nicest people we've met in a month of being here... Special mention has to go to Sam on the Front Desk who really was amazing and couldn't do enough to make sure we had everything we needed (if a manager is reading this - give that man a payrise now before you lose him!) The hotel is very modern, clean and has a really nice feel to it. Rooms are lovely and modern also. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, after checking in we left the property for about 45 minutes to get lunch and came back to our door being left open. After coming back from dinner, the same thing happened to our friends in the room next to us. I assume this was after staff cleaned or check rooms, but if the doors don’t stay closed, staff should be aware and make sure doors stay closed instead of leaving them open for anyone to enter. Luckily, none of our belongings were missing.

Overall, this property was perfect. Close to the beach and clean, along with very friendly and helpful staff.

I actually transferred here after a terrible Airbnb experience. Our vacation was saved by staying at FourPoints by Sheraton for the rest of our trip.

It was ok. Nothing great. Pool is way too small. The restaurant was out of items each time we tried to dine there. Longer walk to the beach than really wanted. The hotel next door looked like a lot of fun. We are booking there next time.

Parking garage was great and the size of the room was good! Liked looking out to the shops.

Don’t have ocean view, 5 mins walk to the beach, air conditioning is loud, can hear upstairs occasionally. Beach service doesn’t take credit card. Pillows are too soft. Swimming pool is small.

Super clean and comfortable, great location with a lot of shops and restaurants around the area, very convenience. Service people is nice and showed me the pool location in person. They allow me to check out 1 hour after noon. Can see the inside of the surf shop.
