Overall we had a great stay. The beds were comfortable. We stayed two nights. We did get fresh towels after the first night, but nothing seemed to have been cleaned and the beds weren’t made. There was some mud on the floor in the bathroom, which was still there upon our return. The breakfast was so-so. The staff we interacted with were all very nice. I would stay there again.

There was a used/dirty bandAid in our room when we checked in. (It was against the wall near the desk.) The workout area was dirty, papercup and tissue laying on the floor, floor was dirty with debris.

Coffee (fresh ground coffee) in the lobby was great. Staff was pleasant. Due to our early morning commute, we were unable to enjoy the complementary breakfast. (Would be nice if there were pastries, muffins, fruit (apple, banana) available for guests who are departing the hotel, catching an early morning flight, before 6:00 AM. We really appreciated the complementary airport shuttle.

It’s outdated but comfortable enough. The breakfast was great the first 2 mornings we were there, but the last morning, everything was cold/frozen. The one day, they cleaned our room but didn’t make our beds, not a problem, just thought it strange.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect.

The sink sprayed water everywhere up the faucet if you turned it on too high and heater made a very loud noise when on; ended up turning it off during the night.

Hallways were dirty. Noisy heatets

The staff was fine but the heater was noisy. Changed rooms. Better but not good. The shuttle driver was great. Afghani. Was an interpreter for us. Glad he got out

Sort of dated. Had fireplace in dining area. Would have been nice if lit. 6 degrees out. I think I could hear people in pool area in my rm. Listen, this place really was just fine. Enjoyed watching OSU win championship in my rm before nxt am flight.

I picked this place for the free airport shuttle but was told that I needed an American phone number for the service after I arrived trying to get the shuttle. The aircon units in the rooms were a bit loud.

The room was quite large and fairly comfortable. Although there isn't much near the hotel, there were a few restaurants or fast food options nearby. The bathrooms had shampoo and body wash. The rooms also had free breakfast downstairs if you're able to wake up for them.

I was played on my deposit, never received my deposit back. have called the property manager still didn't get any solution.

The facility was locked after 11pm and could not find the attendant for a few minutes, even after we chimed him.

It was great. Super clean. Loved that but had a shower and no bathtub. Breakfast was great.

Convenient location. Planes going over were not disruptive to us. Very good breakfast. Easy access to our handicap room.
