Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt’s a solid three star hotel. Some signs of wear and tear and right outside the hotel doesn’t look that nice, but right around the corner is a great shopping area with good restaurants, all walkable.
Checked all the important boxes - clean, comfy bed with nice bedding, hot shower with good water pressure, and super friendly helpful staff.

Including breakfast for any type of stay chosen would improve the overall experience and make it more comprehensive and welcoming. This small addition could significantly improve guest satisfaction and create a more positive impression.
I was very pleased with the service provided by the receptionist Bella. She is extremely friendly and attentive. Moreover, the room was impeccably clean and very well organized.

Be aware, reservation was done through Booking.com and at the check-in hotel didn't have AVAILABLE room. I was told it was a glitch on the system. By the way, the same with other 6 different guests. But, the manager was able, after almost 2 hours, she was able to find room for us.
