Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaRoom temperature set too law. It was super cold and the termostat device could not be set to a higher temperature for some reason. Maybe it was something faulty with the air fan as well because when we first entered the room there was a stale, dull air inside. Someone from the stuff entered our room by mistake. It was not something too problematic ( it happens ), however we didn't liked the fact that the person did not knock on the door first and just entered directly. No phonic isolation whatsoever. We could hear the guests from the next room like they were 1 meter away.
